When I went online there were a few options to choose from which was great to say it was so last minute! Annie was the instructor for the megaformer blast class and she was so sweet and helpful! She took the time to explain everything to me before hand (they tell you to come early if it's your first time) and she took time in between to correct and direct me while teaching when needed. Overall, the staff was pleasant and it was clean, equipped and just an overall nice environment. I like their options for classes and scheduling--even the prices are reasonable, so I'll for sure be booking again soon.

Last time I had a gym membership I cried leaving, every time. After my 30 minute class, I felt really great! The stretching, stability and strengthening you can achieve with a level 1 flow class seems just my speed. I'm a server so something like this that doesn't "beat me up" but rather prepares my body for my job is right up my alley. Will be looking into membership/drop in classes!

The instructor, Katherine, who I have only been to, is an amazing, helpful instructor who strives for all of her students to not just be challenged but truly learn the greatness of pilates and reformers. The new studio is stunning, very modern like and very spacious. The best part of each class is after sweating it all out, sore to the core, you are granted a cold towel that is soothing and refreshing. This place is amazing!

The loft is located upstairs (haha get it- loft) and there is only a class or two going st a time. I really love the tower/reformer class. With only 4-5 students (or less) the teachers can be super hands on. I did a workout with me and one other student who was studying to become a Pilates teacher and we both got a frat workouts with the modifications given. I would go to this gym again and try out some of their other classes. January a warning. When you fill out the paper work it asks you if you are over 20 pounds.

Okay so I've been coming here for almost a year so I feel like I can do an honest review. I'll…read morestart with the good news first. I have real abs now for the first time! It's a great workout to build your core and the instructors are very patient and knowledgeable. Bad news is that besides the already expensive pricing their cancellation policy is insane. You have to cancel a class 12 hours in advance in order to not be charged. I take classes at 6am so there's no way I know before 6pm the prior day if something may come up that requires me to cancel. So paying over $200 a month plus all these $10/$15 dollars charges whenever you may have to miss makes the pricing outlandish to me. Then, if you decide maybe I'll just book later in case something comes up there's always a waitlist. A lose/lose. Overall, a really great core workout though but just be weary on if you need to miss a class
