Have tried the Gambari, Courgette and Vegipatch pizzas in addition to their garlic pizza and rocket salad, and I am just so pleased that only quality, fresh ingredients are used in their products. The owners of Cielo's really know what they are doing, and the taste and quality of their pizza's is living proof that this family business has stood the test of time, in fact since 1978 they have been serving up awesome pizza's. Cielo Pizza is their new baby, and the owners are finding that this change is moving in a real, positive direction for them. Think quality ingredients such as the juiciest and chunkiest (let alone the freshest) king prawns, goats cheese and pumpkin to name. It is great that their toppings are to be seen right in front of the customer when ordering pizza to either eat in or take away. This is a great sign in itself. The great news is that Cielo's also serves quality Gluten Free Pizza's (medium size only) and delivers. Well organised business with the best pizza's and the friendliest customer service around. It is a shame that a five star rating is the limit here on Yelp, otherwise I would be giving this business more star ratings of which it truly deserves. I have tried Crust several times now to say that I find it almost impossible for a pizza to taste terrible here. If you take a look at their menu you will find a whole range of drool evoking combinations of ingredients that will have you licking your lips just by reading the words. Just don't look at the pictures, it's pretty much food porn. I believe Crust is different. It tastes different, a great difference and one to get excited about. These are great tasting pizzas. I always pick up the pizzas when I make an order and I have never had an issue. I can recommend the Peri-Peri pizza with marinated chicken breast fillets, shallots, roasted capsicum, caramelised onions, bocconcini, topped with Peri-Peri sauce. Can't go wrong with this one. The Crust Supreme with smoked ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, capsicum, Spanish onions, pineapple & kalamata olives showed me how a pizza with a host of ingredients can work in harmony. The price might seem expensive, but if you're happy to pay for exotic tastes like pulled pork, wagyu prawn, Singapore chilli crab and sangria duck, you only have one choice. They could've done better especially with the dressing. The salad and pizza came fast. The rest of the food that took so long was quite good. The service was great and waiters very attentive. They need to desperately hire more people to work in the kitchen more so during the evenings and weekends.
