I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. I searched around and came upon Revive Roofing and Construction. Jaxon responded quickly, visited me, and furnished a reasonable estimate quite quickly indeed. I expected a bit of a wait, but within four days he called and said he would have a two man crew out the next morning. They arrived early, worked all day and finished up the next morning (thunderstorm delays). They worked hard, were polite, and communicated well, though english was their second language). They knew what they were doing. Jaxon came by to inspect and bring additional equipment as needed. Jaxon then removed all trash and did a through clean up. I feel that they went beyond what was quoted in the estimate. Have I found a roofing company I would call twice? An unequivable Yes!

We hired American Knight Roof and Exterior Cleaning for a soft cleaning on our tile roof. The website says they cover and protect your landscape and they had decent reviews so we hired him. Every one of our plants were in beautiful condition, green, healthy and blooming including two beautiful hibiscus trees with flowers and many buds. The only plants this company covered consisted of a small strip of a few plants. No protection on anything else. The damage to some of our plants was shocking, especially two once beautiful green and lush hibiscus trees and numerous other healthy flowering plants. Our hibiscus trees are now half bare from yellow leaves that have since fallen off including hundreds of flower buds. Nice healthy and green pentas loaded with blooms destroyed. Fortunately our cameras picked up everything and I took pictures of the aftermath so there's no denying the damage. My husband and I have hours of work cleaning, trimming, replanting along with the price of replacing. We sent the company 2 texts and did not hear one word back. We were completely ignored and no courtesy or decency was shown to us to in the form of a call or a return visit to address the issue. We paid by check and they quickly cashed it the next day, so this is a lesson learned to always use a credit card so you have leverage. We just wanted you all to be aware and alerted to this business and what happened to us. Hire at your own risk and don't always trust the reviews or the websites. First two pictures were before the roof cleaning and the second two were after. Progressively became worse after a couple of days.

But, my gut was right. Bobbie and Gary did the job as promised. They were professional, courteous and even sealed spots that needed some extra care. Then to make sure,they blew out any remnants. The person that scheduled my inspection warned me that they would likely recommend a new roof, but that also they could recommend someone else that could repair mine so I agreed. As expected, I was told they would only quote me for a new roof which was about $100,000. When I asked for a referral for a repair, the person said they don't really know anyone they just refer people to the largest roofing company in the area. What a waste of my time. I was hoping at least to get a referral to a good company.
