I was disappointed with Under 5'10's policy on price adjustments is. Having such a short window to honor price changes is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the company's approach to customer satisfaction. It's honestly bad practice, especially when many other retailers offer far more flexible adjustment policies. I'm sorry I didn't get to reviewing this sooner, but I was housesitting in northern NJ in December and took a few hours to drive across NYC to Long Island to try this place out. They have a great website but being a 5'9" guy with a long torso and short legs, I've had a hell of a time finding pants and shirts that work for me. So I decided to try out the store to really get a fit for things. I parked right in front and paid about $1 for parking. The store is small but it's definitely a place to do mostly web orders with a small to medium showcase in the front. The guys were super nice to me as I was trying on all the pants and shirts. They have a lot to choose from for shorter guys and those with odd-shaped torsos like myself. I appreciated them acting like my personal shoppers. I left after spending over $300 but it was money well-spent. They were so great to me and their prices were so fair that I definitely got my money's worth. Granted it was over $30 in tolls to get there but still I'm glad I did it! Highly recommend this company for stylish clothes for shorter guys, awesome employees, and very fair prices. Made in China. Says "100% Pima Cotton" which it IS NOT! Mostly some kind of shinny, stretchy sythetic that instructs, "Do not iron". What 100% cotton can't be ironed. The return policy is so difficult!!! You can't get them to answer the phone, everything is through email only!!! So if you purchase from this company and need to make a return get ready to deal with them first several day before you can actually get what you need accomplished. I've been trying to place an order for a while now. When I click checkout it just reverts back to the homepage. They don't seem to have any idea why. They just tell me to clear the cookies and that will solve the problem, which it doesn't. They don't follow up with any solutions. I now have no trust in this company. I was there this afternoon, lured in by a sign in the window citing $50 slim stretch jeans. I walked in and asked about these jeans. The owner said they're even cheaper at $60 for one pair and $ XX (I don't remember) for two pairs. "How is $60 cheaper than $50?!" I wondered to myself. He showed me the jeans, and I asked specifically about the $50 price on the sign in the window. The owner said that's an old price. I felt deceived. I was lured in by a sign touting $50 jeans, once inside I'm told they're even cheaper at $60(!) and then, upon asking about the $50 price on the sign, I'm told it's an old sign. Deceptive business. The cloths and the fit are of pretty good quality for the price and the customer service has been outstanding.
