I lost 9% body fat and 9lbs in 6 wks and gained energy and self confidence. Underground gym in Red Bank is absolutely amazing! Sergei on the other hand, placed REALISTIC goals for me to achieve during this challenge and I DID IT! I lost 9% body fat, I went from 36.1% to 27.1% which I now stand at 1% away from being at the ideal range of body fat for my age. I was given a meal "plan" which showed me in detail what I should eat and what to avoid. In order to loose weight or body fat, aside from exercising, you need to learn to eat the RIGHT foods. It is not about starving and doing a rigid diet, it is about eating the right foods at the right times and I have certainly learned a life lesson from Underground Gym!!! With just exercising 3 times a week for 30 minutes and following the very simple diet, anyone can do it. Just be determined and be ready to see amazing results. I recently moved my family to the area and found underground to be just what I have needed in a gym. Having come from highly sophisticated and intense workout regimens of Brooklyn, I have found the folks at Underground to be passionate about their trade, determined to push their clients to see near term results, and overall simply dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for each individual client. They are also really nice, genuine, and caring people (not sure what the earlier posts were saying about the staff-I have found them to be almost like family to their clients!) Underground is by no means "your mothers gym" where you will go and experience the monotony of the everyday, boring workout. Instead, this is where you will go to have a structured, challenging and enjoyable workout and, along with abiding by their highly skilled staff's nutritional programs you will see near-term, noticeable results. I just finished the 6 week challenge and thanks to the awesome trainers at Underground Gym. I am healthier, stronger and thinner. I can not say enough good things about this gym and the 6 week challenge. The trainers are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Greg was my coach and he set me up with a meal plan, and a goal which I was able to achieve by the sixth week. He would check in with me weekly to make sure I was following the plan and if I had any questions or concerns. He genuinely cared about helping me to accomplish the goal. The group classes are only a half hour long and lots of fun. The meal plan is easy to follow and the food choices are very healthy. I encourage any one that wants to get in shape to check out this gym. Even though the 6 week challenge is over I signed up again for several more months. I can not get enough of this place. Over the years I tried different gyms and always felt intimidated just walking in - I saw the 6 week challenge for Underground Gym on my Facebook and thought why not - it's been probably 6-7 years since I had been to a gym - I felt like part of a team from the moment I walked in to the first session - the trainers are amazing and the classes are short -which means no excuses who doesn't have a half hour for themselves - I love going and can't get enough - I never thought I would enjoy working out - They gave me a diet plan to follow and a personal coach to reach out to at anytime for questions or concerns - Sergei is amazing he also is available at anytime and always makes it a point to reach out whether in person or by text to see how you are doing and if you need any help - it's really nice when your sixteen year old son comes up and says "mom you have curves" - best thing I ever did for myself - read more

I started going too Underground Gym on1/20/18 as to keep to my New Years resolution. I wanted to get back in shape and I have to say the team at Underground will get you there with great a great work out program that's always changing which keeps me engaged in the work out, and even though it's always changing the movements are familiar enough that I can get a gage on how well you are improving. They will also help you with your diet, then eat part about the diet plan is that is built to help you not the run of the mill every body gets the same diet plan. If you feel stuck on your weight or if I have issues with certain movements the trainers there will help you so you can move forward with your goals. Underground gym is a great place to work out. In fact, the trainers are the best I have found in the area. They are extremely knowledgeable, motivating and want you to succeed, whatever you goals may be. They are friendly, genuine and care about their clients. The group classes are small and are constantly changed to challenge your mind and body. The trainers are also very motivating and focused to ensure you are doing the workouts properly. I started at the Underground gym as part of their 6 week challenge. This is not your regular gym. The small group classes are short and fun. Everyone is nice and friendly. They made me feel welcome from the first time I walked in the door. The nutrition program is amazing. I never feel hungry . I actually feel like I'm always either eating or drinking something. Nothing like any other dieting program I've tried and like most other women, I've tried them all. I was provided with recipe ideas that are extremely easy to make and taste great. I have my family eating them and they have no idea they are eating healthy. My accountability coach Evie and Sergei are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I've never been much of a gym person, preferring running in the woods. My husband had been working with the trainers at the underground gym for over a year, continuing to encourage me to try it out, so I gave in. I had only joined gyms as a necessity in the past, rehabbing from running injuries, and quickly opted out when I could, but this is a completely different experience. Sergei and Greg who are the head trainers are incredible athletes, extremely knowledgeable, and take a holistic approach to health, exercise, nutrition and overall well being. I have tried every diet out there and have taken all kinds of classes and been a member at a lot of gyms But none of them have given me results like the workouts and nutrition plan at Underground Gym. The workouts are fantastic - 30 minutes in a small group setting. The nutrition plan has completely overhauled my eating- now i'm Actually craving healthy foods! The coaches are always available by text and in person for any questions about diet, nutrition and weight loss and are extremely knowledgeable. My best friend dragged me & im so glad she did . Best gym ever I've been to alot but this one is so involved it kept me goin the knowledge the staff has is great and they're willing to answer any questions Through call or text even if they're stupid they make it really fun. If you are doing something incorrect they will personally show you how to do it right. The gym is absolutely AMAZING; I can honestly say I was very nervous when I first signed up for my 6 weeks challenge and was so sure I wouldn't be able to make it but just had my final weight today, I lost weight and 5% of body fat. Underground gym came into my life when I needed it the most. I took the six week challenge lost 14lbs in two weeks.
