Today's experience was terrible, I will definitely not be giving my business to these guys again. They charged me $5 to fix a bandana I had already paid $25 for three months ago (so $30 for the same quality bandana you can find for $1-$3 but with an iron - on print). We also bought a shirt for my brother and the print quality looks terrible compared to our previous shirt and hoodies (looks very cheap and flimsy). Bottom line, save yourself a lot of money since everything in this space is way overpriced and order from one of the many online custom shops with better quality.
