I have been trying to reschedule my appointment and all I get is music to listen to regardless of what time I call. no box to leave a voicemail message for my Doctor . in this age of hi tech it is hard to believe that they have not spent the time or money on administration and staff development. I have referred many friends and family members to the practice and almost all have had unfortunately the same experience.

My parents and in-laws all have had different doctors here, so I have met many. As far as the service they provide, their offices are convenient, clean, safe and well run by a great support staff!

If I asked any clarifying questions, he would close his eyes & drop his head. If I even said "ok" while he was explaining something, he would do the same. WOW.
