In my twelve years living here and using this company. Never have I ever encountered a more bumbling crew the equipment kept blowing the tripping the circuit. I woke up to music being played meaning they helped themselves to using our garage radio. (Very unprofessional) We ordered a new liner instillation and full opening it took most of the day to even complete the liner. After the water was put in I hear a knock on both the back and front door. It seems our guy didn't know how to do the pool filter the basket is out of it. And the chlorine bucket is left by it in what I can only assume. Was him thinking that's where the chlorine goes. I saw him stressing and sitting on the diving board then he retracted the hose and left. Last I checked it's standard policy for the resident to not have to be home to answer questions. And show the contractor how to do their job. Update: After all of that the liner had already started to come loose after demanding it be fixed. They did it without charge. read more
