The chips are just the right size to stay soft when cooked like they should, but without becoming too greasy. There is a wide range of other things that can be sold with chips, such as sausages, and they stock wrights pies of all kinds. The gravy is especially lovely, as its just thick enough, but without being overly salty as some chip shops sell it.
