He was able to let me in the gym while he was at his second home in Costa Rica. I was impressed with his level of sincerity and just overall pleasant demeanor. Although I had heard some negative rumblings about the previous owner, Ryan was super nice and easy to deal with. He informed that he has owned the gym for two years now and installed the most modern and advanced exercise equipment on the market and it shows when you walk in the door, surprisingly the gym was not crowded for the week I went in my guest pass and was always very clean and all of the members were very nice. I am a few pounds overweight and non of the members made me feel uncomfortable or out of place. I will be going back when I visit next and look forward to meeting Ryan in person! I've been coming for about 6 weeks and have already made friends. Some of their classes have a kid's room available so someone can watch your little one while you workout. They are welcoming whether that means you're a grandparent looking to get in better shape and stay active or whether that means that you're 20-something that wants the thrill of competing in a sport. The coaches help you customize the workout to best suit your abilities. 10/10 would recommend

They were welcoming from day one and everyone there is so friendly and meets you with a smile and calls you by name. Included in your membership not only gives you access to the gym but the Healing Suite where you have access to 2 infrared saunas, 4 massage chairs, PEMF mats, and Infrared Mats. On top of that there is a wave pool with an underwater treadmill (I haven't used that yet but it seems very popular) The greatest part of my experience at the gym though has been with the Personal Training that they offer. I've been working out twice a week with Sarah S. for over a year now and my flexibility and cardio both have improved. I like the accountability she gives me to make sure I'm exercising/stretching and doing it correctly while also encouraging me to do things I'm not comfortable trying on my own. There's also all types of different classes to take and Coffee with Carrie (which I've been trying to get to). Just so much to put under one business I could recommend them to anyone for hours.

The problem is that the saunas are not turned on some of the mornings, as they need to be preheated. If your running short on time it takes two cycles for the saunas to heat. I have mentioned this to the staff and also to the manager. Nothing has changed.... One staff member says you get the same benefit from a sauna even if it is not warmed up. Really? So if the program runs at 138 and it's 100 your getting the same benefits? I'm not sure what the issue is. If this was the case why have the other equipment plugged in? You could sit in a massage chair and feel relaxed if it's not plugged in? You could manually make the treadmill work... wouldn't be as enjoyable, but what difference does it make! I warmly recommend feedback on this post!

They…read morecancelled a great class altogether, did not let members know, some that have been going years, you just show up and no class! Very poor communication, lack of people and public skills. Lack of respect with certain instructors and classes. It all comes down to poor management and a lack of a working Board of Directors. This will lead to quality, long time members pulling their money and spending it elsewhere. It's consistently gotten worse. Such a shame.
