But the disclaimer also went on to say that if the item were to get turned back to them they would charge a 33% restocking fee. That is just insane. I said I would cancel the order; their response is that they want to charge a 3% cancellation fee. I said I do not agree. I have not heard back yet. Can you even charge fees if you did not disclose them at the beginning of a transaction, I have my doubts.
