If I could give this business 0 stars I would! Customer service was horrible! They way they talk…read moredown to as if you are an idiot is also unacceptable. I just wanted a few words printed and one of them I could understood that was "copywrited" ( the word, PATIO) from my example photo, which said we could use a similar font and not same one. 8 words total. One larger 12*12 decal and a smaller recall. Was told one day TAT. Spoke with them last night, was told they'd get me the "design" this morning. Nothing. At 12 is I sent an email and then by 2 I called to see where it was. They referred me to someone in the mall. The man that I spoke with said because I needed it by the weekend (i should have clarified by the end of the weekend) which shouldn't have been necessary anyway because I was told it's be done same day, and said I didn't want to be "pushy" i Was being referred elsewhere. I guess my business is not good enough. Very disappointing. Update*** the place they referred me to, T customz at Valley Fair was absolutely incredibly helpful and made it easy and fast to get what I needed. That man was ready to take my business and did every little detail that I asked of him in less than an hour. So I guess there was good that came out of this! Thank you!

I needed some embroidery on a couple of pillows. I called and confirmed that they allow walk-in…read moreorders. It was about $10 per a pillow to get embroidered. It's about a 3 week wait and they are completely swamped with graduation orders at this time. I guess they do custom embroidery on graduation uniforms Etc. I would definitely return, just not during graduation season. The entire location is converted into a shipping center for graduation items, so I wasn't able to see all the different products and services they have.

I ordered an item to be shipped to Canada. I later received an email about a disclaimer that they…read morewould not be responsible for brokerage and import duties. Fair enough. But the disclaimer also went on to say that if the item were to get turned back to them they would charge a 33% restocking fee. That is just insane. I said I would cancel the order; their response is that they want to charge a 3% cancellation fee. I said I do not agree. I have not heard back yet. Can you even charge fees if you did not disclose them at the beginning of a transaction, I have my doubts.

Update: I got a message from the company which indicated, "Leslie, The items were incorrectly…read moreentered. The weights and prices were completely off. Frame has to ship by truck. We apologize for the inconvenience. Regards..." I'm still not too happy with the fact that my order was cancelled. I understand mistakes happen, but this may be a lesson for this company to really check carefully on the pricing of their items, especially ones that are on the pricier side, as I was ready to make a big purchase with them. Since my last review, I was able to order the items from another company which sold them at a cheaper price.

Cost was relatively fair, outstanding service, & can't thank those 2 guys enough for coming through. Definitely one business I would continue supporting when I'm out in Utah.
