The employee then proceeded to tell my daughter that there was no way she could order a dress in time for her wedding and she'd only be allowed to look at dresses in her current size and buy off the rack. She was miffed but willing to look. The dresses presented to her had pilled satin, makeup on the necklines and missing pearls and sequins. I've seen better Goodwill dresses. The staff was unfriendly, dismissive and gave off a definite body shaming vibe. My daughter left in tears. Not a good look for a bridal shop.

I stopped by one day and discussed the many options with the person working in the framing area and decided to go with a custom frame so that both my degree and license could match. The estimated turn-around time was about 3 weeks. On the promised date, I happened to be shopping nearby and decided to call to check on my order. It was ready, however, no one notified me.... -- anyway -- I went in and retrieved my items and was very pleased with the outcome. Going with the custom frame option was a bit pricey, transparently, I paid ~$216 for both my degree and license.
