When she dropped it off, she returned tank back on full. The company was closed. We made another reservation for a smaller van for the next day. Pick up time was noon. By this time My mom noticed extra charges on her card. The guy at the the desk lied and said that tank was not returned on full and that because he had to go fill it up and he makes $30/hr , , he added a charge for $30. WTH. Have you ever heard of this kind of BS? On top of this, the new reservation that was made would not be honored because he said he had someone coming for pick up in 4 hours and he was concerned she would not be back. Unbelievable! There is some shady stuff going on at this location. Steer clear! My guess is that they are renting to people without a reservation to make money. How can you make a reservation and then be told that they can't honor your reservation? And to top it off, this joker had the nerve to charge my mom a $75 no show fee for her reservation. Run Run Run. We ended up at Uhaul on Old National which presented a wonderful experience. No extra fees, no unprofessionalism, no drama. Uhaul was originally out of vehicles and that's why we didn't go there first.

I advised I'm not comfortable driving the truck at all because of the tow dolly behind it and this is the location given to me and I need to get home before dark with my 12 y/o daughter with me and our Uber is in the way! He tried to deter me asking how far we lived from there and he can find a closer location to drop off. I advised him that's was not ideal because I'm not comfortable driving this huge vehicle with the tow dolly and our Uber is on the way to THIS location as I was instructed to bring it here. He then said I need to get out so he can move it and I can finish my self serve after.. Kurt drove that uhaul OUTSIDE the gates and left myself and my 12y/o daughter standing there with mosquitoes flying around getting bitten..we walked to the outside of the gates and finish photos for self service..Kurt was extremely rude and unprofessional. His ONLY concern was he wasn't supposed to be there and he got called to move to all the trucks around and he had to do this, and he has to do that he's working alone.. if you can't handle or don't like your job QUIT! All they saw was that the truck was suppose to have been in little rock in October 2022. The tow truck person approached me in Walmart in union city, ga. He stopped in front of me, and the got out and approached the truck and asked my name, stated that it was stolen and he was there to get his truck back. He saw me looking around and said that do not run because the police is behind you. I saw zero police and then got really concerned because he showed only a U-Haul card that could be picked up at a register, and no police presence. I then started to back the truck up, not knowing he had deliberately placed shopping carts directly behind the truck. There was a semi on the passenger side of me. I proceeded out of the Walmart and the tow truck driver began following me. He chased me around the whole darn Walmart parking lot and caught up to me and rammed the U-Haul with the tow truck. I went up a slight hill, being as though I'm WAS four months pregnant, with my 12yr old senior dog in the car, I was really baffled how a company could go to suck lengths and was this truly a U-Haul rep. I restarted the truck and made it out onto the main Jonesboro Rd and he still followed me. He caught up to me and blocked me at a railroad track. I started to back up but noticed cars behind me so I gave up. He gets out of his truck brandishing a gun, pointed directly at me. I yelled that I'm no threat to him why he trying to shoot me. I yelled this several times before he put it away and was directly upon the truck trying to open the door. Being as though he smashed the door in and the window was completely shattered when he rammed the truck, he reached inside and started grabbing for the keys. He did get the keys and ran back to his tow truck. With the police still no where in sight, I called them myself. When they arrived I flagged them down. They immediately went to him and asked what happened and did he have a gun. I never got to tell them he had a gun. He stated that I rammed him and that he had no gun. I was furious by this point. I have really bad anxiety and it took everything in me not to have an attack because i WAS pregnant and I'm 42 high risk. I just yelled why are you lying I can't believe how easily you lied. Luckily there was a woman who originally called because she saw him with the gun. She was still on scene and talked to the police about what she saw. The tow guy was arrested. However; I lost my baby Saturday morning and now I'm in the hospital going through a miscarriage. I want to sue this dealership for it's reckless behavior and causing me to miscarry. That was my first child, and someone needs to take accountability.
