Disclaimer: I don't like malls…read more That said, River Hills Mall is pretty good. It's all on one level, so it feels a bit sprawling, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. No heights or vertigo or people throwing stuff (or other people) from balconies is a plus in my strange book. The carousel was a bit disappointing, smaller than I had imagined. Nonetheless, cool that there's a merry go round in a mall, even if I am a little too heavy to ride it. (120 pound weight limit.) Ok, a lot too heavy, gosh! It's fairly stylish and nice to wander around and get some steps in. Maybe you'll find something to buy or eat or a movie to watch. The highlight of our day at the mall, besides walking around to take a break from driving, was ending up the sporting goods store, Scheels, and buying a whole bunch of fudge there. The irony was not lost on me.

This sucks, I suppose, for those wanting a consistent place to buy something like a facial scrub or a cosmetics line- otherwise, it's the perfect business scheme. I always come back to my car with a cart full. There are so many unique things here, especially when it comes down to home decor and various accessories. Some things I have not seen anywhere else, and I love that! The prices are right on, too. Cheaper than most discount stores, I would say, and when something goes on Clearance, it's basically a steal! Would definitely recommend to anyone just wanting to try out a new shopping experience, or any of you that are familiar with TJ Maxx. Like how embarrassing and rude can you be. This is why Walmart has so many winning lawsuits against them for things like this, because the associates there think they're a goddess and everyone but them are criminals. You know how many times I've seen your employees steal from the company and yall do nothing about it? Absolutely ridiculous. I rate you a zero but it makes me click at least 1 star.
