I would strongly advise against ever using this rip off company. I hired them to clean my one bed…read moreflat over the weekend. The service was appalling. I specifically asked for blinds and indoor windows to be cleaned. Both were still dirty. The sink in the kitchen looked really bad. Grime was left on light switches and power outlets. I paid an extra £15 cash to have an extra blind done. It was still dirty. Myself and one other spent 3 hours cleaning the next day what I had asked them to do. When I emailed them and sent them the pictures of the grime and filth left behind there response was that "It's not a guaranteed service ". They were not willing to give me any type of refund only kept reiterating "it's not a guaranteed service ". I asked them to explain why I could clean it perfectly well the next day but their cleaners could not they said ..............."it's not a guaranteed service" !!!!! I have no comeback because you have to pay these cowboys in cash. I have pictures to back up this rating.

They may be cheaper than other companies but be warned... using this company is not worth the…read moresavings. After being over 5 hours late they (unapologetically) did show up and do the job. They were rude to the family member who let them in and made her feel very uncomfortable. The cleaning job itself was not a 'deep clean', pretty poor really. However, they were so careless they splashed cleaning products over the oak worktop and left it on the surface. This badly damaged the worktop, leaving chemicals burns/marks all over it. What was perhaps more upsetting was the response from the office upon reporting the issue, saying they 'do not use products that can cause damage' which clearly is a lie as the worktop was in perfect condition before they arrived (as I sanded and oiled in a few days prior for forthcoming tenants). Once this company has your money they simply do not care, I would advise anyone considering using them to not give money to such an awful group of people. It will now cost me more time and money to fix the damage they have made, a very frustrating experience.
