I'm very particular about how customer service should be in a store. Dolores was sweeping and cleaning the store and asked if we needed help. She told us if we questions to ask her. We could tell she was working and listening at the same time. She showed us were we could find more frames and pictures. We chose a posable white teddy bear. She was very sweet. Then Amber helped us find some movies and cds. I told her I use to shop here years ago when it was a grocery store. She was very polite. Gavin was our cashier and asked if we found everything we needed. He made sure to tell us to enjoy our visit and come back. I've been in retail for 32 years. I must say you are very lucky to have the people like this working for you. I'm going to yelp review your establishment too. Thanks again for making our trip to see my mom and enjoyable one. This Goodwill store and donation center has been here awhile, but no yelp listing, so here it is…read more Located in the FoodMaxx shopping center down off the freeway, this place will take your donations (mostly). There's some things they don't take like an old big tube TV or used car parts. The staff is very friendly and will take your donation and give you a receipt if you need one. With the new tax structure, I don't itemize at all anymore so so need to give me a receipt. This is also a thrift store and you might find some treasures to buy. Me, not shopped here, just donated at lot of stuff. Glad they have a donation center in Red Bluff, saves the drive to Redding.
