The manager Jennifer was extremely rude and turned one of us away with a terrible tone and reminded us that the hours on the doors are correct (while website + Google show differently). While we understand business policy, this was not posted anywhere and the lack of customer service was disappointing. The entire experience was confrontational and she told us to drive back up at 8am which the website also says 7am. I truly wanted to support the new business to the area but her lack of service and continuous swearing while talking in the area while I was waiting was very unprofessional. The situation could have been handled very differently and we would have considered returning.

She's makes conversation with her clients and is super friendly. I happen to have psoriasis and it tends to flare up under my finger nails. I was scared that I wasn't gonna be able to get my nails done due to this problem. She did them anyway and was very gentle and made sure not to hurt me. At the end of the session she recommended tea tree oil for my nails to help heal them. After her recommendation I made a quick trip to Walmart and purchased the oil. It has been a year and my nails have never looked better. She is absolutely amazing and I 100% recommend going to her.

This is to try to force you to buy a package. I received a text saying they were doing $10 tans this week. Drove all the way to the tan center to be told that you had to have a membership for that deal which it does not state in the text. That's false advertising. Also, how big of them to charge you a membership fee & then have the guts to act like they're giving you a deal charging you again for a session. I will never be back here again!
