It was also a dream to get to travel there with my close friends and for them to see Italy for the first time! Our trip was curated so thoughtfully by Anthony. The food, the wine, the places we stayed, and the people we met along the way were all wonderful. From wine tasting in Tuscany, to the private tour of the winery itself, to hiking in Elba, to spontaneously going to the Montefalco festival (we were lucky that we happened to be nearby the weekend of the festival!!)... I experienced a whole new Italy I'd never seen before, new culinary styles, new wine varietals and exquisite scenery. The same is true with Travelocity powered by Expedia. I tried booking the same package and received a message that I could not book it. Again, I was charged double on my credit card. It was a hold, but I wanted to use those funds for another trip. I must wait 48 hours for the pending charge of over 4000k. This is unfair and unacceptable to customers. Don't book on Expedia or Travelocity. You'll be sorry you did.

I told the agent (Nicole) that what ever information she gave me I would go home a check it out on the cruise ships web site. No problem she said. She took her time, explained all the details, and answered all my questions. Sure enough the prices she quoted were exactly the same! About a week later, I went back to book my cruise. Once again Nicole was awesome! And she even got me a better cabin at a cheaper price!! I can't say enough good things about this business!! Nicole printed all my documents and luggage tags and helped me book shows and excursions. Needless to say they now have a customer for life!! Nicole and the entire staff are great!!!
