It was getting annoying and I just felt the end was inevitable. You're a business owner how could you be struggling to the point where you had to beg for money? Not a word not a single message. Lesson learned I will not be paying for services up front again. If you're looking for another Esthetician check out Irina in the same location 3-4 down from Sabine's ole space. While the esthetician was kind and explained her steps, the actual treatment felt rushed, as if my face was just being "played with" rather than treated. Several of the masks and cleansers caused a burning sensation that wasn't addressed. Most disappointingly, I woke up today with my skin looking worse than when I went in. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results. Overall, it felt like a waste of money for a professional treatment.
