I've had a small BUSINESS ACCOUNT w/ RFCU for over 3 years now…read more (in business for over 10 years) Monday morning 11/06/23 the bank charged (STOLE)... $180 (6 - $30.00 fees) in fees due to weekend (Sunday) banking. (This is when the bank CLEARS all DEBITS before CREDITS... Thereby stealing $180 from our account.) This is an OBVIOUS WAY for RFCU to STEAL $$$ from small businesses like ours. We had initiated $300 to be transferred to the business account on FRIDAY MORNING 11/03/23 to ensure the fees would not happen, but banks ensure DEBITS BEFORE CREDITS... - TO ENSURE MAXIMUM FEES. "Missy" is the person who ensures the banking fees. 1. Missy never called me back to explain any reasons for the THEFT. 2. Missy returned ZERO $$$ back to our account. 3. Missy HUNG UP ON ME! (I called back) 4. Missy then spoke over me... & CALLED ME RUDE after I said that it was $180 THEFT!!! 5. Missy is an unacceptable representative of RFCU & Rude (Told me not to use my debit card to do business) We are just a small business just trying to survive & have deal with numerous banks since our inception due to world wide shipping. This situation was very disconcerting. We are Looking for a new bank now. Zero stars.

It is a very good bank with understanding, helpful, and friendly bank tellers. Never had any…read moretrouble with missing money or anything of that sort. Would highly recommend to any new to the area. My only complaint would be that the online bank services provided does not update as much as they should. It takes 2 sometimes 3 days for some debit/credit transactions to show up on e-statement. Also, I for one did not receive check, or starter checks, when opening my account. Some attentions to these two areas would be greatly appreciated. Many friends family and co-workers bank here and these seems to be the only complaint about this bank.
