I've been a customer of BOA for over 45 years, I came in to this location in search of a a public…read morenotary. The lady at the door took my information and put me on the list with one person in front of me. There were two associates in the offices that were servicing customers. One came out and waited on the person that was in front of me on the list. After that they both eventually came out and took two customers that came in after me. The lady at the front desk wasn't there so I could question her and I didn't want to interrupt the two associates at that time. So eventually after waiting for 45 minutes just to get something notarized, I left. They need to get a better system when service customers in order.
