James Obrien, the owner, did not oversee the job himself, but instead used day labor. When confronted he was very apologetic and made agreement to do the right thing. He has not flowed thru on that committment. Now, I am left with the hassle of litigation, filing complaints with the State, and not to mention the time and money. Do yourself a favor. There are plenty of licensed masons out there. Steer very clear of this one.
