There was absolutely no clear…read morecommunication of the pickup policy, and my reservation was canceled without any notification -- simply because I arrived after 5 p.m. At no point during booking was I informed that there was a strict pickup cutoff time. To make matters worse, I only received a call the morning of my reservation requesting documents that should have been communicated at the time of booking. The representative I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Her behavior reflects poorly on the company and shows a lack of basic customer service standards. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience, and I will not be using or recommending this company going forward. It's extremely disappointing to see a business operate with such disregard for its customers.

When I took it to A&J though, they removed years worth of bugs, dirt, and stains, and when I picked it up, I felt like I was getting into a different car. Thank you for cleaning her up, restoring her original shine, and taking great care of me through the process (they drove me to work and picked me up as well!)
