Well, I guess they're pretty laid back in the neck of the woods! There is nothing here but a museum and a post office in this historic fishing village. Located in Callao, on Route 360, this place offers everything you'll need for a tour of the rural Rivah life! I'm so glad I meandered to the back of the store and discovered the small office in the back. The clerk welcomed me and drew my attention to various points of interest in the area! I grabbed a couple of brochures, magazines and maps to enhance my visit to the Northern Neck! They have an official visitors guide which highlights nearby events, dining options, tours and landmarks. I signed the guest book and was surprised to see other visitors from all over the country! This little corner of the world certainly draws people to the beautiful scenery, the serene river views and the exceptional wildlife. I can't wait to explore more history and sites! They also stock a few gifts and books! Check it out and enjoy your stay!
