Worst usps ever, employees should work somewhere else with that attitude, matter fact, they should replace the employees with robots

Service is horrible. They tell you to get in one line for package pick up. That person doing the packages leaves for lunch. The other worker after 12 minutes states... get in line. You wait in the one line till you finally get back to the front and the lady returns. She said go to the pick up line. Well, we were here an hour ago. Still, no one helping us. So much attitude, there is no way a star is worthy. A woman there was crippled and the skipped over her 3 times, because she wasn't fast enough. Absolutely horrible. 1 star for the customers standing up for the little Asian lady in pain. read more

They refuse to follow delivery instructions, and don't even give a package alert if the package is a size they don't like. Ive had gift cards go missing, credit cards never delivered, even court documents returned and when the court requests my current address and I give it to them, they think *I'm* lying bc of the returned documents. As this has to do with custody, this is unimaginably horrible! read more

They have been very efficient in sending mail to us. Also, no issues with package pick ups. Their app is very useful too.

Truly the most pathetic operation I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. Never more than one person "working," everything is treated as an inconvenience, and you can't even imagine a more inept collection of human beings. And that's before you factor in the fact that there's massive theft in this postal area from stolen master keys (which they refuse to do anything about). Mailmen from this location are LAZY. What the heck is the point in setting up delivery instructions if the post office ignores the darn note. As of this post, I am having to go to the post office for the upteenth time just to get my package when I CLEARLY LEFT INSTRUCTIONS TO BRING IT TO THE FRONT DOOR. Not really sure why this place has 1 star overall. Maybe my positive experience was the outlier. As far as customer service goes, everyone there was friendly and helpful. There were only 3 clerks to service about a dozen people, but the line moved quickly despite some clients asking for additional support (buying stamps, asking for tape, etc). Horrible service from the moment I arrived. I was told I would be receiving a call sometime throughout the day regarding a package they were supposed to deliver but I DID NOT RECEIVE, they then marked it as delivered despite me not receiving it. No one even came to my door and I have camera proof. It was either Blair or Blaine that either took my name and phone number or that was supposed to be calling me. Either way I'm highly upset. I waited all day for a call and didn't receive anything just like the day before I waited all day for the package to receive nothing. 0/10. I would not use them if I had a choice. I can't rule out the fact that MAYBE they just don't know how to do their job or aren't smart enough to, but I definitely see why they are hiring. read more

Supervisor Bryan, who thinks he's something special, told me, "You can't leave packages here. This is Dallas." I explained that I have a warehouse just 1.5 miles away. I'm the customer, yet he yelled and spoke to me angrily, as if he could actually fight me. He's an old, bitter man who won't last long in his position. Whatever happens, I didn't insult him. If I can give zero rate to this family I would love to because there is zero customer service with so much attitude. Honestly this place is ZERO STARS. The workers are RUDE and ARE NOT HELPFUL. I did not have a tape so I bought tape stepped to the side and taped my package. Went back up to another lady to get my label and accused me of not paying for the tape because I didn't have my receipt from the previous lady. Told her I just paid for it and was not handed out a receipt and kept saying I didn't. Had to log in to my bank account to show her I stinking paid for it. This is unacceptable customer service. The lady person who watched me pay literally just stood there. Speak up!!!!! I recommend driving past this post office it's not even worth your time and frustration. read more

Trash place. Just drive the extra miles and go to the one off forest. It's old, dirty, doesn't have much parking and the people that work there from the lowest level to the managers are rude and unhelpful. Tim, one of the workers there today needs to be fired like yesterday. I brought in a package with a printed label, stood in line 10 minutes and he just told me to drop my boxes off in the corner then called the next person, when I told him I needed a receipt he told me I would have to get back in line. Rude unprofessional. Lady gave me the form for international package and then made me go to back of line and wait again. Meanwhile she filled out another patron's form for him! Pros - It's a building - Location Cons - Service - Size This place has seen better days and hopefully they return quick fast and in a hurry. There is not much positive to say about this place except that it is a building and not an outdoor post office. The location is nice, it sits on a street by itself and is pretty simple to get to. The negatives of this place easily outweigh the positives and they standout like a sore thumb. The employees here are extremely SLOW, if you have ever seen Zootopia, the scene with the DMV and the sloth, imagine that with this post office and multiply it by 10. I went here to search for a package that failed to be delivered. This was the second time a package had "failed to be delivered." The employee literally took 10 minutes on the person in front of me, only to come back and say there was nothing in the back. The second person took even longer, and the line had grown substantially from there with about 6 people waiting. Once they returns, the employee stated that they told another person to continue looking for it, as if all the time spent they could have been looking for themselves. On the other side of the post office, there was a line building from the slow movement of the other employees. This place is entirely too large for the employees to move as slow as they do, especially with something as delicate as the community's mail! read more

Can we just make USPS obsolete? I went by to pick up a package and 40 minutes later, I walked out with it. They clearly don't understand the purpose of lines when they stick to the line of people sending packages meanwhile pickups are just standing there idle. They make no apologies, have no customer service , and frankly, it's pretty enraging to stand there while people move in slow-motion meanwhile the clock is ticking at normal speed. Next time, I'll make sure I clear my calendar and take a dose of patience. read more

I had a package returned to the post office and I confirmed with my mail man that it was at the post office at this location. Went in on a Friday at 11:00 waited in line for 30 mins and the manager was asked to go and look for my package she came back shortly and said it's not here and the mail man has it. I told her no I just talk to the mail man and he said it was here and he doesn't have it on his truck. She kept repeating herself and told me to get with him. I waited for the mail again he said no I don't have it and he showed me his truck and packages. I tracked the package on the post office website it said it was their waiting for pickup!!!! Went over to the post office at 2:00 again and told them what I found and after 30 mins waiting they gave me my package. I wish the manager would of took her time finding my package the first time instead of being rude, sending me away and not believing the costumer. read more

The most incompetent, neglectful, unconcerned, unprofessional government organization there is. Since the raise of paid carriers I guess the USPS just said F it. I don't choose them because they have lost several packages for my household and even a paycheck and they have to desire to make it right or show concern for the fact this is your job some of the things you deliver are priceless and can't be replaced. There is no pride. The situation that caused this review is their blatant lie that they tried to deliver a package my reciprocal was full so they just left my package in the room for someone to steal. I knew it was a lie about them trying to deliver it and leaving a slip because I was notified it was delivered and I kept making trips to the mailbox to see. And I figured because in the past USPS would report something as delivered and I would get it a few daya later so I kept checking. I finally did some traking and found that the carrier said they left it in the mailroom. I tried to file a missing package report and all they did was respond with an insufficient request. So I guess I am SOOL how is that even fair. How can they continue to perform like this and there is nothing we can do about it. This is my areas post office. I called to see if my package is there and the lady had such an attitude because I asked may she please let me know when I can pick it up. It was suppose to be redelivered on the 19th and never came. Also they said they delivered on the 16th and left a note, it was never delivered so not only did I pay for a 2 day shipping they couldn't even redeliver it for me. With this being said, maybe this post office need to get a round of new people who actually like their job. read more

I waited over an hour to get my passport renewed and I ended up just leaving because the lady that was suppose to be attending the passport appointments was completely ignoring us and helping other customers even though there were other cashiers available and the lines for the post office were not long. Or "I have no idea" when I asked where my mail was as I was in the process of a move and haven't been receiving mail. All I wanted to know was WHERE to look or WHO to speak with and all those crackheads could say back was "find your carrier and ask them" like Im supposed to know where they are.... Regrettably both my residence and my business are "served" by the Richland Post Office. The personnel there are the most disagreeable bunch of people I have ever encountered. They abuse their positions of "authority" and have no concept of customer service. My business has a centralized mail box on the street so that the mailman only has to make a few stops. When they installed the centralized mail boxes they also install parcel drop off boxes to accommodate packages that won't fit in the small mail boxes. That's great... especially if the business is closed (lunch, Saturday or late delivery)... but the keys were lost decades ago and even with repeated pleas to have them repaired, they sit there unusable. Over the last year there have been frequent instances of no mail delivery. Packages with tracking numbers are flagged with "Attempted Delivery - Business Closed" while I sit in my office with the front door open watching for a postal truck to appear. No 'pink slip' is left in the box so I can go pick up the package from the station. In fact when I go to the station... and discover that they do have it there... they refuse to hand it over because my name isn't on it... just my business name. Providing them with my business card isn't sufficient. I had to go grab my articles of incorporation, issued by the secretary of state... and even then they were reluctant to hand over the package. They are full of reasons why they 'can't'... rather than searching to find ways the they 'can'. As a business, I can't afford to use a system that has failed... and therefore fails me and my customers. They aren't worth it. read more

As far as I know, this location is the closest post office to me. It's got everything you expect from a post office: long lines, brusque employees, and general disorder. I've come to mail off packages to far away lands and some of my friends have had to come to get passports and what have you. This location also has a large 24 hour section that has mailboxes you can rent, and one of those handy automated postal centers. I can weigh and buy postage to mail a small package without having to speak to anyone and generally no line. Plus, 24 hours...I mentioned that right? Well last night, I needed to mail a package to my sister. So I headed on over here and there was one other car in the lot and a cop car. Yeah awesome. There were 2 officers escorting what appeared to be a homeless man out of the 24 hour area. Knowing that the area had just been cleared, I continued. It did smell a little funny in there, but I can see the appeal. Brightly lit and warm, it does seem like a haven for the unfortunate. I used the machine, oh so easy, and didn't encounter any issues. I may stick with going to the post office during open hours from now on. read more

I was at this location at 8:10 waiting to ask why I received a re-delivery slip yet my package was in the process of being returned to Japan. They open at 8:30 but did not unlock the doors until 8:40. The woman named Mini that works the counter is atrocious. I walked up to ask her a question about tracking. Before I could speak she saw I had a re-delivery slip and told me should could not assist me and that I needed to go to a different counter. I attempted to tell her I was not picking up a package and I had a tracking/delivery question, but she cut me off and said again that she could not help me and I needed to go to another area to pick up my package. I tried again to tell her that I was not there to pick up a package, that I only had a question, but she cut me off once more to tell me she could not help me at all. She was so defensive and uncaring that even the people behind me in line, which she also treated in the same manner, were appalled. I have had other encounters with this particular employee, all of which were sub-par to say the least, however, this was the most disrespected I've ever felt. She was quick to be defensive and unwilling to listen to a single word I had to say. Thankfully I was able to inform the supervisor of her disgusting attitude, the unfortunate part is that I've had to deal with Mini many times before, and I assume, since she still has a job, that nothing will come of me telling the supervisor about her lack of customer service skills... Oh, and my package was shipped back to Japan because the postal worker "accidentally" put it in the "return to sender container" instead of the "left notice" container... So now I have to pay to have it shipped back to me because so far no one can be of assistance unless I can get in touch with the office in Japan. Unfortunately that won't work either because I don't speak Japanese. Good job USPS. read more

This is the worst post office in the entire DFW area. The employees are absolutely miserable and have started treating customers like dirt. Especially one older gentleman with a some facial hair. He routinely threatens to open & inspect all of your boxes, as if you aren't telling the truth as to what's in them. He won't let you borrow a pen or a piece of tape and makes snide comments during the entire process. Some of the employees are nice but most are not. Also, the location is full of customers from foreign countries who don't quite understand the concept of personal space. I know it's a cultural thing but it makes you a little uneasy when you're standing in line and the people in front and behind you are breathing down your neck.
