13 years of so much drama from the carrier. We actually got a PO Box out of town for awhile. We heard she was retiring so we dropped PO Box. Not true, still on board. Missing mail, running into item on property, arguing over box height when it has been that way for 13 years, yelling at my elderly mother, wanting me to walk outside after oral surgery instead of just coming to the door, pulling out in front of me on 231 by the high school, etc. Try to get things resolved at the post office and of course they are going to make excuses which to me, shows their integrity and character...not so good. Victoria Warren, a mail carrier for Ashville, is the most ignorant carrier they have. She refuses to do her job, she maces dogs that run beside her car, and is absolutely rude as can be! She has maced a lab 2 times already, both times in front of the dog owner and a 7 year old child. The dog was barking and running about 10 feet from her car, not being aggressive at all, and she stopped, rolled her window down and maced it. We have 2 police reports on her for animal cruelty and child endangerment (because she did it in front of a child) and we have filled over 6 complaints on her. Yet not one single thing has been done about it. No punishment by the post office yet! 2 other people, including the manager Ruby, has cMe and delivered mail at our addresses and hasn't had a single issue with the dog being aggressive. Might I add, the lab is now either in a fenced in area or tied to a strong cable in the back yard out of site, and Victoria still will not bring our packages or mail. Not sure what the next steps are but if she isn't going to do her job then she should be replaced immediately!!! read more

I am an eBay seller and I sent a package to a customer in Ashville, AL through Priority Express. The package was supposed to arrive in 2 days, however, it took 27 days to deliver. The postman at this location played with the system by marking the package "NO SECURE LOCATION AVAILABLE" on the second day and didn't even try to redeliver the package. I ended up to refund my customer and lost about $100 on this shipping. The postman responsible for delivering this package should be fired to prevent causing further shipping failures. Here is the tracking number as proof: 9470108205497762481774 Another priority mail I sent to the address took more than 20 days to arrive in December. Both packages caused me a total loss of $140. The postal service at this location deserves a negative 5 review! Update: I tried to claim a refund on Priority Express mail from USPS and the system denied. USPS is a joke! read more

I own an online business and the company I sell through REQUIRES its sellers to use priority boxes not flat rate! Every postal worker there, EXCEPT the woman with the glasses, takes my packages, however this woman gives me a hard time, everytime! I can drive to Southside, Gadsden, or any other surrounding post office and my packages are accepted and delivered in time. This woman is short, rude, and slows my business delivery time! I had 4 packages dropped off this morning and in my noon mail, she had returned 2 of them!!!! Why is she the only person out of four post offices that will not take my packages!!
