Friendly, highly knowledgeable and always smiling has always been my experience. It may sound corny - they make me want to send more mail which is a great byproduct of how this office feels like "community central."

Unfortunately a lot of the time it's the latter. Andy was the BEST customer service rep I've ever had at a UPS or FedEx. He made everything so easy for me, even got coolers onto the truck for overnight shipping after we thought it might be too late. This was such a lifesaver. He also helped me the next day by bringing in the coolers from my car! This is next level service and I was so happy I got such a pleasant person. I wouldn't hesitate to return here. Thanks again for great customer service - it's rare these days and it means a lot.

I looked at my finance in awe.... finally once he was done looked up and said "what can I do for you" obviously not in a nice tone either. with a girl behind him on her phone with her foot kicked back on the wall. THEN THE REVIEW OPTION CAME UP on the pin pad when checking out, HE REACHED OVER AND HIT THE GREEN SMILEY FACE. not giving us an option to click the red or yellow one. almost like he knows he gets to act like this with no consequences. DO BETTER. mind you, this isn't the first bad experience I've had. it's the third. but I finally got tired enough of it, and had to write a review. next time I'll drive out of my way to go to another towns post office. bc f this place. don't go here.

Service: Was absolutely horrid, she tried to make me pay Priority for my packages when I didn't need them to be Priority and she said they had to be. Mind you I used my own packages not theirs so there was no need for arguing me. Experience: My experience here was one of the absolute WORST experiences I've had. I will NEVER BE BACK HERE OR USE THIS POST OFFICE EVER AGAIN! I highly recommend you all take your business else where!

Saying something bad about your local post office will not change the fact that these are…read moregovernment employees. I recommend if you need to go here but you probably will to get your passport just pick your patience. The gentleman who everyone Ranson raves about on yelp and or Google is not so much as rude as he just doesn't have much of a personality. I didn't really find him to be rude even after I had to wait for him for 10 minutes after his collar told him someone is waiting to get a passport. The customer service is not HORRIBLE just take your patience :)
