Dirty and rarely are Priority Mail supplies stocked. If you dare to ask for assistance, it is accompanied by major attitude and a long wait as customer service is severely lacking. Finally, the inside drop box is locked during non business hours so convenience here is non-existent.

They do open kinda late (11am) but since it's less hectic here and Andy is so nice, I prefer going to this location, plus it's super close to where I live which makes it more convenient.

The 1st was supposedly put into a parcel locker and the key left in my mailbox to retrieve the package. When I opened the parcel locker NOTHING was there. How does that even happen!?!? The second was marked as "placed in resident's mailbox". Never showed up. I opened case files with USPS. Do I think they even looked into it? No way. One of my sons ran in with me to get it off and tried to figure out how to get postage on it ourselves. Sherri saw that we were struggling and cheerfully came over to help us. She showed us how things worked and got our package taken care of and shipped off. She was so nice and very very knowledgeable. The postal people work so very hard. She made a rushed , hectic time of it into a pleasant paradise. The store was very clean and items in the store were reasonably priced. I love this fed ex. They have restrooms that are very clean. Also they have tables in the back if you want to sit down and plug in your laptop and wrap stuff. It's nice. A little like a library.

They move the line fast and don't try to create small talk which is appropriated. Parking is easy in and out of there. It does cost less than fedex or UPS. The outside mail boxes are for letters and smaller packages. **Recently I dropped off a small package in the bigger drop off box that I always drop packages in. Unfortunately for some reason it was never scanned, the buyer reached out and it showed the tracking as shipping label created. I filed a missing mail report since it's been a month and still no updated. I suggest if you have a small package wait in line and hand it to a person. **also this is rare to happen, I never have mail missing but now for smaller packages I'll be waiting in line.
