My hometown post office lady wouldn't help me and was very short and annoyed with all the customers. I know this Covoid 19 is a crazy time, but still, you should be nice and helpful to one another. My friend said to try the Mabank post office. I did! Kyleen was my person and she was so patient with me, hearing what I was needing to do and helping me with each package and how to get it out to each student at the right time. She even picked out special postage for the boys and the girls!! Their entire staff was smiling and friendly, in spite of all the craziness on the world and being very busy. Kyleen was wonderful and her help will make my second graders happy when they get their prizes in the mail! Kyleen- you are SUPER! Thank YOU for being you!

I didn't actually go inside the building, since I came after hours. The parking lot & entrance(s) & exit(s) may have been confusing for someone who had never been there. But if needed, I wouldn't mind going back there again, maybe even to check out the inside of it.

I had ordered supplies for my classroom and they were supposed to be delivered by UPS to my house…read more On Saturday I tracked my shipment via the UPS website and found out that my box had been delivered to the post office. I quickly went to the post office hoping someone might still be there, it was approximately 10:30 am and my local post office does not have lobby hours on Saturday. I was able to get in touch with a clerk and he was able to check out my boxes to me. I am so grateful that he went beyond customer service to help me out. I was able to get my items to my classroom over the weekend thanks to him! Outstanding customer service.

This is a 29 mile trip and the cards either don't arrive, or take 4 or more days to get there. WTH?!? You keep raising prices while your service continues to deteriorate! YOU are what is wrong with the government and why you no longer have the trust of your patrons! You want more money for a job you don't even do anymore!

The mail person for our route --even though we've received these shipments at home in past--said no live bugs (crickets for our lizards) can be delivered!
