A soccer gear/clothing store in Florida Mall, which makes sense since you get a lot--like, really seriously a lot--of European and Latin American tourists here. The primary emphasis being in a mall is one replica jerseys and other clothing over boots, balls, and shin guards, but you can purchase things needed for actually playing the beautiful game here, too. Since I wasn't in the market for cleats, I didn't really look over their selection but on a quick glance it appeared pretty good. Their selection of international jerseys, warm-up jackets and the like was off the chain impressive however. As in, replica jerseys for most leading teams of the national, UK, MLS, Italian, and Spanish professional leagues (plus even the away and third kits for the very biggest teams like Chelsea and Real Madrid). Items that were going out of season (teams change up their kits about every year so there are jerseys and sometimes other items that are no longer of the current kit) are expectedly discounted. I want to address Casey H's review, even though it dates from waaaay back in October of 2011: I've coached soccer and served on the board of a major Florida youth soccer club in the positions of Volunteer Coordinator and Asst. Director of Competition. I'm aware of how uniforms are ordered for youth teams. In general, most clubs have learned that going to Eurosport or elsewhere online is the best bet in terms of cost and the major online retailers are keen to serve clubs and able to do so very well via mailorder. Casey's complaints, if you read the review, are predicated on several issues of confusion caused not so much by UWS dragging its heels getting in an order, but parents not ordering the damn uniforms at once and on time. This is only bound to cause confusion. Also, Casey complained the USW store moved around and thus seemed like a fly-by-night business. No. They outgrew one location and moved to Festival Bay just as the traffic there fell off and many stores were closing so they very smartly moved to the Florida Mall. I had a conversation with an associate at the store regarding this today and can attest it wasn't a matter of being "shady" but one of trying to position themselves for the most sales. If you are with a club, and ordering uniforms from anywhere, do this: shop around and see where there are the best prices--including online--and ask about when the order should be totally filled. Then, give your players/parents two weeks to fill out the order form and write a check. Tack on a fee for the orders that come in late. The company doing uniforms needs to order and probably screen-print/heat-transfer all those players' jerseys at once, not in fits and starts. Make it easier for everyone and get the order in, in full, all at once and you'll not experience the woes Casey described. I'm very very pleased with USW and will return. read more

In many other countries around the world, soccer reigns as king of sports. In America, it maintains a good level of attention, but I would venture a guess that basketball, baseball and our football garners more viewers. With that said, I think this store's placement in Festival Bay Mall is entirely appropriate due to the large number of international tourists that pass through this particular area of Orlando each year. You'll find all the big soccer names, Puma, Reebok, Nike....along with all of the soccer essentials: shoes, shin guards, jerseys, hats, balls, wrist bands, etc. Most of the items reflect the true nature and feel of world soccer and can be seen through the colors and advertisements splashed throughout the store. And of course, it's not soccer related without a super-sized poster of David Beckham, the prince of the black and white ball. read more

Worst customer service. I bought a sweater for my husband and a shirt for my friend the sweater did not fit and they didn't have anything in his size at all everything they had was XL. They wouldn't refund me the entire price for the sweater because the shirt was discounted, which I would have agreed but they didn't have the size I needed, they would order it for me or I couldn't order online The least they could have done is refund the full amount. The entire CFK (east orange county) soccer league ordered uniforms months ago. First UWS said the uniforms were on back order. Then UWS said the uniforms were discontinued. So.... different uniforms were ordered. Some parents ordered their uniforms immediately. For those who did not, they ended up showing up at the UWS store to place the order but guess what??? The UWS staff started handing out the uniforms that were ordered by other parents. Most parents have gone several times to the UWS store to only receive a partial order. Nearly 3 months later, 5 games into the season... we've gotten all of the uniforms. Keep in mind this was an order for well over 100+ kids... there is no excuse. The UWS seems to be a little fishy if you ask me... moving around so much. They are located on Goldenrod too which appears to be some make-shift store. Just visiting the mall because my sister was getting a tune up for her car,strolled into this place and couldn't believe it. So many different clubs and national team apparel and the boot room was amazing. Also had on the premier league and the workers were beyond nice. Highly recommend going for any footie needs! read more

Positives: well stocked, tons of gear, prominently placed Liverpool merch and they support Orlando City. Negatives: prices are a little higher than most places; maybe due to being in the mall, customer service is timely but not really knowledgeable. Worth a visit if you are into football. Very bad customer experience, they show a lot of cleats but they never have your size, most of the shoes are last size so you can barely find something that fits you. You can't order your size online and they send you to another website store. I bought a pair of shoes size 12 tried them at home and didn't like them, they wouldn't accept to exchange them as they were saying the bottom was "dirty" and its value would be 5$. Ridiculous manager manners and attitude to deal with an unsatisfied customer. Plus they let me know that I can't exchange them after trying 6 different pairs and spend 1 hour there. I came in on Halloween to purchase Addias laceless cleats for my daughter. I asked prior to the purchase that I could return them or exchange them if needed and was informed yes. My daughter tried them on later that evening and we decided we needed a larger size. We came back on Sunday to exchange them out. When we arrived a female manger looked at the shoes and said that they have been worn and she'll let us exchange them out this time. However, my daughter only tried on 1 of the shoes in our house and never walked outside with it. We asked for another size and they didnt have in stock or online. She then refused to return the shoes. My daughter has a medical condition that prevents her from being able to tie her shoelaces and this is the reason that we need the laceless shoes. Horrible experience and I would advise caution to anyone whom is considering spending a single cent in the store. read more

This is the best soccer store in the area. I have been coming here for years. They have the best selection, and I have always had helpful people. I played soccer for years and have purchased gear for myself. Now I am no longer playing but a great place to get jerseys for myself and my friends kids. The Black Friday specials were great too. Absolutely beautiful store! It was a lot of fun to look around, but that is pretty much where it ends. My son and I came in looking for something very specific with very little expectation of finding it, so we were not surprised when we didn't. As we were about to leave we found an Orlando Pride jersey with a 50% off sign nearby... but it said to ask an associate for details. We approached the register as we didn't see other personnel options. We were delighted to discover that the 50% off was for those jerseys. We grabbed the one with Alex Morgan's name and number on the back and returned to the register. Then she told me the shirt marked at $84.99 that was 50% off was going to be $66. Politely I pointed out the price and she told me that there was a $22+ upcharge for the name. I pointed out that the price tag did not indicate that. In addition I saw nothing near the jerseys that call this out. I was told I could select another jersey without the name, but I had no use for those. (My daughter prefers the Thorns over the Pride, but certainly would have loved the Morgan jersey) Another associate joined the conversation and I once again pointed out the price tag as I returned my credit card to my wallet, indicating that I wasn't paying more than I was led to believe I would. I was ignored. I went on to add that this is illegal and false advertising...they put their heads down and went back to ignoring me...and the rest of their potential customers. I left. read more

Best place in Orlando to buy soccer gear. They have pretty good sales. I always find a model of boot that is not just released for a pretty good price. Best part is that you can actually try it on, which can't be said for my other favorite place to buy from soccer.com. Sometimes it is hard to get certain styles or sizes, but I fully understand they run a business and can't over purchase. Sales staff is very nice and does a good job, especially when they are busy. I have seen complaints about jerseys being expensive, but they are expensive everywhere, even at Soccer.com. Unless you are buying the knock-offs from China that are FAKES you are not getting a new Manu U or Bayern jersey for $25. read more

Bought a jersey and it's defective. Didn't notice it back at the mall. I came back to the shop 5 days later for an exchange or return, but they don't have the same jersey anymore and they refused to return it because, apparently, I have worn it. I understand the policy not allowing returns if I washed it, but wearing it for once and notice it's flawed??? Then I was showing the loose seam to a manager, he said he couldn't see it so I raised the shirt higher and tried to point to him where it was, and he instantly made a scene claiming that I was "disrespectful". Neat trick, especially neat on my birthday. I'm never going to that shop again, and just be aware that you can't return stuff once you spent your hard-earned money. read more

Woohoo a big store that sells just Soccer gear. Yes it is expensive but sports jerseys aren't cheap. I actually found their prices to be about the same as other stores selling authentic soccer gear. The staff here though was very friendly and the service was top notch. I wanted my Jersey to have a players name and number and they had the official Premiere league numbering which was a major plus. I like my sports stuff authentic. They had many things on sale as well so I was able to get some great deals on Jerseys from last year. A great store if you are into Soccer. This is the third year in a row I have had issues with the special orders department for teams. I am currently waiting on a refund for a $32 order in July and can't get anyone to respond. I am not suprised as last years club order showed up late, the day before his first game with no numbers. No one from here would respond until my son Put it on Twitter. His school warmups arrived months after the season ended. I knew this would be an issue but they won't let you return it to the store or anywhere in person. What a ripoff read more

I like the amount of variety that the store offers when it comes to kits.. That being said they are overpriced and could be found cheaper online through various companies i.e soccer.com .. Besides this they have a limited boot collection which are all incredibly over priced. Brand new copa mundials are 150$ plus tax when you can buy them online for 99$ FYI.. I like that they offer printing and numbering but again they charge 35$ and that's kinda crazy read more

This is the premier soccer store in the Orlando area. They have the best selection, as well as the best atmosphere. Many times I've spent 30 minutes to an hour in the store simply watching soccer matches (especially if Chelsea is playing. Go Blues!). This place is pretty much my go to for boots and gear. This store is amazing. It has the best selection I have ever seen, carrying jerseys from all over the US, Europe, and the rest of the world, from EPL teams to bundesliga teams and MLS teams. Honestly, they practically have it all. They have a whole separate room just for boots too. Even in addition to that you can stop by and watch a game, they have many TVs scattered throughout the store along with a huge projection screen at the front with bleacher style seating.
