I have finally started to move direct deposit and automatic bill pay out of Bank of America after…read moreyears of trying to ignore the horrible service at this branch. Dan in the office on the right as you come in will always look up at people as they walk in but then pretend he is busy so he does not have to actually help customers looking for assistance. I made an appointment for 3pm and dont get into an office for the appointment until 3:10. By 3:40 another bank manager comes in and says the customer service person I am working with has another appointment so literally kicks me out saying she will help me with general questions, but can't deal with specifics. I've never seen any place of work where all but maybe one of the employees are so incompetent. Spare yourself the headache. Choose any other bank in Clinton and you will absolutely be better off. This branch can't handle 2 people in a teller line. If you are talking to someone and it is 3:50p they start to tell you we can wrap this up at another appointment I have to leave at 4. Dan get up and help somebody once in a while you aren't fooling anybody clicking your pen and looking down at your desk. I would be bored to death each day pretending to be busy.

We arrived early, but were greeted and directed to take a seat. At the predetermined appointment time, Roxanne(?) greeted us and led her back to her office for the signing. She was very friendly, yet professional throughout the process even giving us dining recommendations in our neighborhood. To me, this is the kind of small town feeling of service that you rarely find anymore-especially during something as mundane as a loan signing. I would highly recommend this branch if you're looking for great service.

Have found them very difficult to deal with on several occasions. I have found on A few occasions…read morewhen you ask a question the tellers give you one answer. Then you returned to do the transaction and they give you a different answer. Very poor customer service. I also find it annoying when you go through the drive-through or inside they try to sell you their other products. Just stop by again today and now they're having technical difficulties so they can only take paper deposits. Their systems are not working so there's no withdrawals or any other transactions being done. Turning out to be America's most inconvenient bank.

Doesn't matter if you have plenty of money in your account. They don't even see that most transactions are done at the local facility in person. The people at the local facility try to be helpful but the people in the card department are horrible and add to that they don't even create their cards in house. So you are told you should receive your new card, which add insult to injury you have to reapply for, in 5-7 business days. What a joke! I'm on day 10 and still no card and no pin. The only way for me to access my money is to try and make it to a facility during business hours. Considering taking my business back to a larger bank. I chose this credit union because it was local.
