Erin took that statement to another level and put ke on suicide watch for the remainder of my stay. I NEVER NEVER implied that was a concern of mine. So I went the night post surgery, with no sleep or food after general anesthesia, and I might add no post op care from the nurses. I had to change my own chux pad and tell them I was sitting in blood. I was then released after begging to go home without anyone offering to help me clean up, I am still wearing a catheter and minimal post op instructions. I was also told to return the following day or 2 for an appointment in which they were unable to tell me the time or date. I just called and no appointment was ever made to remove my catheter. This hospital nursing staff is a joke. No wonder they are always hiring.

It gives patients something to look forward to because she assures you that there are always more options. The MAs are really lovely too and have a great sense of humor. It's a truly beautiful facility too, Kind checkout staff, decent billing experiences. Only recommendation is to get on the cancelation list because they are an in-demand clinic. The wait can be 6 months but if you're determined in calling or answering cancelation notices, I've gotten appointments moved up by 4-5 months. They're never openly annoyed with my calls!

August 2016 I just…read morecame back from a visit with Dr. Sheila Kredit and could not be more DISSATISFIED with my service from beginning to end. First off, I'm new to Madison and had to find a doctor that would see me in time in order to get a physical for teaching which consists of a physical fitness test and a tuberculin (TB) test. I had asked the receptionist on the phone that I needed a tuberculin test, but after Dr. Kredit saw me she said that needed to schedule an appointment a separate day. This is just the first complaint I have. Not only did they not listen they CHARGED me for a separate visit only to be told that I have good insurance and that I don't pay anything. Well, I pay a good ever increasing dollar for my healthcare and for them to tell me that insurance will cover just made me feel taken advantage of. Second, it may be everywhere nowadays but I had to fill out a non healthcare Obamacare questionnaire asking me about smoke detectors and if I own a gun and how many and where they are kept. I asked them to treat me like a person and not pry into my personal life. This wasn't received well. They told me unless they knew everything that it would be difficult helping me. Third, my visit took four and a half hours. That is just for a blood panel test (which actually took 3 minutes to draw my blood) and an intense questioning which I feel was punishment for not answering the Obamacare questionnaire. My appointment was at 8:15, which they were on time (my only positive experience) and I left the phlebotomist at 12:45. Quite awful to have to fast for 12 hours and then have a four in half hour appointment. Fourth, I was told that in order to get my physical statement, in order to teach, I needed to have a behavioral assessment. I told Dr. Sheila Kredit that the Illinois state law describes the physical statement to be an affirmation that I'm able to be physically fit an free of communicable disease. Dr. Sheila Kredit said her interpretation is that physical also means mental. I was flabbergasted. It's like saying up is down. They refused to sign my form after I went for my follow up to my second appointment for my tuberculin test came up negative. I'm physically fit and free of communicable diseases but they won't sign my form. The takeaway should be that: Wingra Family Medical Center is unethical by using my healthcare to extort money out of my insurance company; Dr. Sheila Kredit is inept at her job because she can't listen to her patient's needs. Do not go to Wingra Family Medical Center for your healthcare. You will be disappointed.

She carefully and sensitively listened to my symptoms. I was especially appreciative at how respectfully she treated me. Dr. Kredit is a resident at UW Madison and it is expected and anticipated that she touch base about treatment with her more experienced colleagues if necessary. As it turned out, it was not necessary. She diagnosed my medical issue and made appropriate recommendations as to addressing my issues. I am hopeful that Dr. Kredit stay in Madison where I am raising my children so that she can take care of my whole family. I love Dr. Kredit.

During our work on this project, serious concerns arose regarding contract administration and compliance with federal procurement regulations. Specifically, as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Daryl DeKeyser did not allow our company to submit change orders for additional work that fell outside the original scope. Instead, we were directed to proceed while necessary materials were purchased using a government-issued credit card. This resulted in our company being required to perform additional labor without proper compensation through the contractual process. These actions raise significant concerns about adherence to federal contracting requirements, transparency, and proper use of government funds. For the sake of accountability and to protect both contractors and taxpayer dollars, this matter deserves formal review by the Office of Inspector General. I encourage the appropriate authorities to investigate these practices thoroughly.

I know that they have a policy of warning new patients about this distinction, but no one informed me that I was not scheduling an exam. During the fifteen-minute appointment I had with a nurse practitioner who was leaving the practice to pursue her love of bariatric surgery (!), I learned everything about the practice that I had already learned by reading the website. I feel incredibly frustrated that I am being charged for this brief visit, which did not in any way meet my expectations. I have been to doctors all over the country and have never before been tricked into an appointment with no purpose. If they had informed me that I was not signing up for an actual exam, I could have avoided losing the two hours I spent traveling to and from the appointment and waiting in the clinic. They were not clear or up front about their policy, and I resent having to pay for this subpar experience.
