The lovely proprietor is beyond nice and beyond helpful. She will explain the stain (in great detail, in fact) and give you the probablities of whether her 30 years of experience will be able to remove the stain. She doesn't make promises, but like I said, she's never let me down. I've taken in viscose, silk, wool, cotton, rayon, other synthetics-- coats, jackets, dresses, comforters (they also clean leather, suede, curtains/heavy drapes and large rugs) and she's always returned my items like new.
If you are from the US, the prices might shock you a little. Dry cleaning is expensive in Spain. That's just the way it is. Once you accept that you will truly appreciate the quality of service that you get at this particular dry cleaners. They work wonders AND they do provide next day service on request.
