They provide a quick service and if you speak to the right people they will be expecting you and you get your new, or used, tyres fitted quickly. If there is a bit of a cue McD's is just across the road so you can always get a coffee or burger to go!! The prices are reasonable, they have prices on eBay and if you just rock up so I have found it's definitely worth checking them out on eBay before you rock up.

Great service provided by this garage. Took a car in as someone was not happy with the clutch…read more Called them in the afternoon and was booked in for the next morning. Dropped the car off filled in a bit of paper work and off I went. I got a call a couple of hours later informing me that they could not justify replacing the clutch as nothing was wrong with it!! How many places would do that, in this day and age it's generally that you hear stories of people getting ripped of by unscrupulous garages and other service providers. So it's hats off to this branch of Mr Clutch for a great service and honesty. If you think you need a clutch replacing this is the place to go as you will, in my experience get friendly honest service, what more can you ask for!!

I can't speak for any other branches of Mr Clutch, but the Croydon branch are courteous and efficient and on neither occasion did they ever suggest any work other than that needed to complete the task - nor have they ever on previous visits. Their office emailed and phoned me within a couple of days to discuss options, at first their tenacity was off putting but actually I'm glad for it. They have been so helpful with the whole process, even talking me through step by step what to write in the documentation that accompanies my boxes. Their quote was very reasonable and pick up and drop off prompt. I would heartily recommend them to anyone thinking of moving abroad.

You pay extra based on your declared value, but you don't get your declared value back. - Declared a glass dining table for £700. - PSS charged 3.5% of declared value + 0.3% per every month of storage. I paid an extra £49. - Moved from London to Amsterdam (PSS721215). - Table came completely shattered. Local company declared it as a total loss and removed it entirely. - Sub contracted RCS ('Removal Claims Service') comes in. They now value the table as £200, not £700. - All claims are also subject to an extra £100 'handling fee', as clearly stated in T&Cs, of course. So I have no dining table, and I get offered back £100. Whatever arrived was all banged up too. Save yourself from heartache and don't do it.
