Junk store !!! Overcharged us for a gun, stated they offer discounts to military/vets, we ordered, waited over 7 days. We found the pistol everywhere in Orlando for $399.99, Dan agrees to match the price and give us ammo for paid difference. He refused to give us the 10% off because he was already matching the REAL sale price. I was upset and disappointed to say the least and I expressed it, poor Dan turned red and of course he challenged me discreetly as possible not to alarm the patrons. Pistol came in that night day 7 not counting the weekend. It's obvious this lil shack is running on water, I called Ruger, it would only take 48 hrs for delivery arrival, I'm thinking they had to pay up front before they could receive it.. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would give as many as possible. These people were incredibly rude and hostile. All I came to do was pick up a gun I purchased and had a few questions and they replied in the rudest manner possible without cussing. I wouldn't buy a stick of gum from them much less a gun if it was the last place on earth to buy one. On top of that, it is a super sketchy environment. Avoid this place. read more

Pretty awesome service, good 'ol southern hospitality. The people I dealt with were David and Richard, very knowledgeable guy in the business. This place also helped me send a gun back to the factory at a much cheaper price than if I had gone to ups to ship it. While I was there, My chief and I picked up an awesome deal on two Glocks (26's). Glad those boys were there in helping us choose the best BANG for our buck (PUN intended)!!! Thanks guys! It is interesting how people take responsibility for the purchases that they make In December I started conducting business with universal guns and ammo on South Orange Blossom Trail the owners at the time are very friendly very informative and full of helpful tips I was leaving for California and wanted to take my AR 15 assault weapon with me and was informed that in California the rules prohibit the use of 30 round magazines and require the installation of what they call a "bullet button" magazine release I ordered the bullet button from the store and asked if it would arrive in time before I left the assured me it would, unfortunately it did not. When I asked for a refund of the payment I had made I was informed then that they did not do cash refunds only store credit so essentially I had to purchase something so I chose a high intensity tactical flashlight and then had to pay federal express charges in order to have that forwarded to me while I was on my trip traveling through Texas to be delivered to our shop that I was frequenting the following day that and along with the two 10 round clips I had purchased arrived on time as I had my son-in-law make sure that they were delivered to Federal Express the night before When I approached California I called the gun shop and asked for a referral to a gunsmith which I received and made an appointment to make the adjustment required It took the gunsmith approximately four minutes to make the exchange without damage or problems and I was charged $10 for the pleasure When I return to Florida apparently the gun shop has been purchased by someone else and today I went in to have the exchange made for the automatic magazine release button that was installed previously after verifying that there was a gunsmith and he had the tools I had also dropped off the flashlight that I never used because it didn't work and was told that it was the battery assuming that they had the batteries and had corrected the issue since I bought the flashlight there I was disappointed when I went in to pick it up and the flashlight still did not work because it was missing a battery. The worst part of my experience came after I watched the "gunsmith" whose name was Frank actually have to come out and look up instructions on YouTube on how to remove the bullet button without proper tools and then after about 15 minutes he gave me my weapon and everything was fine in addition to a receipt for $20 so I asked "Frank are you really going to charge me $20?" To which he responded as he got up in a very intimidating way from his desk "listen you have been bitching since you came in..........." I interrupted him and told him not to speak to me in that manner and then all hell broke loose as I put down $20 on the bench knowing I would never come in again he of course said "keep your money and get out of my store!" A few more Volga words were exchanged as I walked out the door just interesting to me a little bit of patience and understanding would've gone a long way I wasn't trying to get out of paying the $20 because I can afford it I didn't want a little bit of customer service not an explanation of what his hourly rates are especially when I feel that they cost me more than what they were charging me in order to number one get my flashlight to work properly and number two to receive the bullet button that I don't ordered in a timely fashion and then have to have it forwarded by overnight services to where I required it. It is unfortunate that when he purchased the business inherited the problems that came with the sales that originated prior to him owning it and I understand how frustrating it must be however I could've done it myself I could've gone to YouTube University and looked it up myself but I chose to do business with the local establishment that was a mistake 2 thumbs down read more
