I walked in and there was a customer in front of me that had a ton of clothes (shirts, jeans, dress clothes etc.) And even though the customer was going through everything and telling the employee what he did and did not want starched, she was very patient. After less than 3 mins it was my turn! She asked was my shirt a Jean jacket or Jean shirt, it can go as either due to my tomboy at heart clothes selection, most of my clothes are a little oversized. I told her it's a shirt and she wrote $5 charge on my receipt and she asked when would I like it back. I was only staying a week and hoped to get it back before Saturday. I responded with what's the earliest? She told me Thursday which was two days later. Perfect!! She smiled and thanked me and I was on my way. She was polite, she did good work, reasonably priced and delivered a finished product that I was satisfied with. I dropped off two uniform tops to her, and she was an open ear for me to explain what I wanted done. She paid attention to what I requested, explained what she would do and asked important questions relevant to how I'd want things accomplished. She even made time to do a quick fitting without an appointment. A few weeks later (at my own request, I wasn't in a hurry) she churned out a pair of great fitting pieces. What was the perfect touch for me, was that before starting on my clothes, she took the time to call and clarify a small question she had, and even double check before starting. That little touch of proactive customer service really went a long way. I'll recommend Eva to any of my friends or coworkers for alternation work in the area. The price was fair (but not above or below market value), she's on 45 and easy to deal with. A slam dunk for the area. Too easy.
