In just a matter of minutes a nice young man Robert gives me the situation. I get nervous with my older difficult foreign sports car. They can be So temperamental ABD pricey!! ! However, Robert seems knowledgeable and puts my mind at ease. He gives me options and good advice, never pushing and not upselling.The pricing is SO reasonable! There were 2 ladies at the reception desk who were less than friendly. We had been to a couple other places before for an estimate and they were super friendly in comparison (Treads near Dadeland and Perez Auto on Bird Road). After waiting one hour (they had told us no more than 30 minutes) I saw the car parked so I asked one of the ladies the status. She said, very huffily, we are trying to contact bmw for the parts price. This without telling us what the issue was. Well, in the end the cost was close to 1200 for non bmw parts. The other place (Perez) quoted us $800. And they took less than 15 minutes for a free estimate. These people wanted $45 for the estimate but they didn't tell us that before. Of course we didn't pay. And we took the car to Perez. You really do have to get at least 3 estimates. The first two never charged us and took less than 15 minutes. I do not think I will go to Miller Auto Care in the future.

10/2020 I dropped off our commercial van at the shop per my insurance for repairs to the outside…read morebody from an accident. During repairs, the shop placed a LARGE black sticker on our flooring without a cause. I asked them to please remove the sticker & clean the area under it. Instead of removing the sticker, the shop decided to SPRAY PAINT the ENTIRE floor of the vehicle, all of my equipment, walls, and curtains. When I picked it up, they were airing out the FUMES from the spray paint they applied WITHOUT our consent. The owner, Leo, told told me the truth: the shop DAMAGED my floor, lied & covered it up with a sticker, & since it was still damaged when they removed the sticker, they took it upon themselves to SPRAY PAINT the entire waterproof flooring (again w/o consent). 01/21, I request all communication in writing. Shop was told our attorney would be building a case. Owner Leo called me, said his mom just died of Covid & bc of this I should give him a chance to "do right" by us. He promised he would get his best men on the job to work over a weekend to ensure we would not miss any days of work (biz is sole income for my household). Leo the owner has now mislead/gaslighted me, called me unreasonable & is saying he will only fix the damages he caused to my vehicle over a 1 week timeline only in the days I have to work. He lied about everything to get me to stop legal pursuit.
