The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable about the menu and products they offer. I went for the Beach Bowl, which is a blend of acai, mango, banana, and guava juice. The toppings are granola, honey, and your choice of one topper. I went with blueberries. While we waited, I noticed that they sell energy drinks, protein bar, and other goodies. They also sell protein/energy bites that they make in house which are my mom's fav. The bowl surprisingly did not melt on our ride home. Their acai is thick and so tasty because of the addition of the guava juice. It's not super sweet at all. The toppings were perfectly portioned and fresh. I love coming here whenever I'm craving acai. Rush Bowls has soooo many options it makes it hard sometimes to pick what I really want to try. My dad and I both ordered a protein Belgian waffle topped with strawberries and blueberries, with a honey drizzle. The ordering system is super simple. You just order and pay at the front and they will bring it to you when it is ready. They served us our waters, my dad's milk, and some cutlery while our food was being prepared. The food came out roughly 10-15 after we ordered. It was presented very nicely and aesthetically. The waffle was hands down the best protein waffle I've ever had. It was dense, thick, and fluffy, but didn't have an artificial protein taste to it at all. The fresh berries and honey on top were the perfect addition. I also appreciated the sugar free syrup and swirls of cool whip and the side. The meal was very filling and satiating as well. Overall, I was more than impressed with Gainzville Hub! It is a wonderful establishment in downtown Gainesville serving great protein packed options. The inside is unique and fun. Service was awesome, super friendly, and efficient. The food -- phenomenal! Our goal is to support local as much as possible and Sprouted Spoon was beyond accommodating. The women were fantastic today in helping out young women from all over the globe. My husband and I went to one about 10 minutes away and that SK was beautiful compared to the one off Archer and 34th. It was large, very clean and staffed *(something that the other one often is not as usually there is only one person there. SK should be ashamed of this store.
