Love this place! Great arcade, gaming, and pizza place. Fun place to catch up with friends or go on a date. Check it out!

I have been multiple times to Up-Down and always had so much fun! Fun arcade vibe. ADULTS ONLY!! (you need your ID to get in, they still ID-ed my 60yo dad, so don't forget your wallet!) There are so many games to play, from physical games like skeeball to multiplayer arcade games. My personal favorites are: - Super Mario Bros - Burger time - Basketball - Any Pin Ball - Dance Dance Revolution - Alien shooter game Drinks are good, they have mixed drinks, beer, seltzers, etc. They also have a little window to order food from and the pizza is surprisingly very good, you can order by the slice or get a whole box. Service has always been good, even when you're drunk and a machine accidentally eats several of your coins- ALSO you get soooooo many coins to play games. I don't think I've ever finished a batch of coins in one night.

Twas my first time at Up-Down and it was a good time, definitely great for a night out with friends or even a date night. Lots of game options from pinball, skee ball, and a number of multiplayer games. The games require coins which I believe each coin equates to 25c. I got about $20 worth which was enough for me and 2 friends but I think maybe $15 would've sufficed as we still had some leftover but you can save them for your next visit. I will say it was pretty hot but there is some outdoor seating, but none really indoor and it was busy so some spaces were a bit cramped. Definitely recommend if you're bar hopping or pregaming, they even have pizza which I didn't try.

Stopped in here quickly with a friend and WOW! This place is fantastic. They do ID you at the door since this is as a 21+ facility. There's a full service bar on both levels, a two deck patio with shuffleboard, dozens of arcade machines, and more! The best part is the affordability. It's only 25 cents per play on a game! I wish we had more time to hang out because there's so many drinks and games I wanted to try. Definitely hoping to try out SNES Mario Kart on the second level next time!

tl:dr - video game nerds gather for fun, food and drinks. Places are always trying to come up with a good "Chuck E Cheese" concept for adults and most fall flat. Up-Down gives you exactly what you want to bring out your inner child while enjoying some tasty cocktails. This two-story building is jammed packed with everything from skee-ball to huge quantities of pinball machines, arcade games and counsel based systems. People are using a giant "Connect 4" board in one corner, while there is a 4-person TMNT game being played and two others are having a Mario Kart race on a giant projector screen. The inside is decorated and styled with neon signs and bright pops of color to bring the fun out in the décor. Retro games that you've maybe never even heard of are there, the classics you remember playing as a kid are there and while you're enjoy those, you're drinking some tasty beers or cocktails. The bartenders and staff are always super friendly. You end up accidentally buying way too many tokens which guarantees you'll be back and there is options for pizza there (I've not tried as of yet!) If you plan on getting a group together, keep an eye out for the specials this place has on different days of the week and make sure you aim for a time when it won't be too crowded (because it can get pretty packed.) A couple of the games might have an "out of order" sign on them, but I take that with a great understanding of how old and how complex many of these games are to fix and provide maintenance for. There's always plenty of other things to enjoy that it takes the sting out of a small handful experiencing trouble.

Grabbed a drink- and since it was half price games- got 2 cups of tokens! So many oldy-but-goodies here. I'm still not great at pinball, but Centipede is a special skill of mine. Fun vibe, friendly service. A great way to spend an evening out.

Just had my bday outing at this place. If your a gamer of all games this is the perfect bday spot! We played skee ball, pin ball, arcades, and so much more. I beat my husband in basketball as I summoned my shooting skills. Then I learned a new game called killer Queen and awesome strategically competitive game with up to 10 players. For the hungry gamer no need to fear there is pizza near. The place offers pizza and a array of beers with a few cocktails as well. They also gave me 40 tokens for my bday. I mean it doesn't get any better than that!!

Just an average pepperoni pizza slice. Not great, not bad, just greasy & kind of cold. I drizzled a little bit of buffalo sauce to add more flavor. Good for when you get drunk. The service was nice & the ambiance was cool. Lots of old arcade games & fun vibes.

This is my 2nd time coming here and it's sooo much fun! I came on my actual birthday and was gifted 2 cups of free tokens that lasted the entire time we were there- thank you so much! I try to hit Arcades wherever I travel and this one has much more variety than the others. I'm so glad you exist-such great times here.

    Becky L.

Fun visit here for a birthday. You have to get your ID scanned to enter- didn't love that. But, the birthday boy got some free tokens after showing his ID. The beer tap choices are exquisite. The prices are reasonable, too. And we got served pretty quickly by a friendly bartender. Didn't try the pizza but that looked pretty good. Can order by the slice or a whole pie. Plenty of game choices, including N64 super smash on the big screen (for free!). Saturday was 2 for 1 tokens so even better deal. Will definitely go back!

Do you have to be 18 or older?

I tried to go there about noon on a Saturday and they would not let us in because my 6 year old son was with us. Not kid friendly unfortunately.

Is there an elevator get upstairs?

They do not yet. They are currently having a lift installed and hope to see it completed soon. Just need the weather to cooperate.

I went tonight with a friend, and we had an absolute blast! The vibes inside give 80s nostalgia means a seaside shack, and I'm IN LOVE with it. For two of us to play mini golf, it was $22, which is reasonable for the area & 18 holes. The course is not the most accessible with some rocks and steps along the paths, but it's a fun course to play regardless! There were misting stations across the playing path, which is nice for the summertime. As we were getting ready to leave, we saw a flyer mentioning music bingo on Thursdays at 7pm. We stuck around for the few minutes until 7, and I'm so glad we did. It was so fun. For $1, you get three rounds or more of bingo, depending on length of game play. Our rounds tonight were 80s hits, songs from movies, and bar classics. The emcee was amazing and friendly. I got a Carbliss from the bar, and my friend got a non-alcoholic frozen drink called the Mangonada. We were both cackling at the headers in the menu. Calling wine "Mom Juice" is extremely hilarious and adds so much character to this place. The bartender was kind and knowledgable too. If you want to test your luck, you can pay to spin the wheel of shots. Forewarning: malort has its own spot on the wheel. There's also arcade games and batting cages here. I will wholeheartedly be coming back to this place. This might be my new go-to bar!

My…read morefriends and I were looking for something to do during the last dreary months of winter and whoolah! Found something online saying they were having a Mardi Gras themed party with Static Chicken playing. Okay, sounds legit. The social media posts said the band played from 7-10 so we decided to get there at 6. Never being there prior, I was a little surprised to pull in and see like 5 cars. I thought well, it's not really a destination bar and maybe more peeps will show up for the band. They did, tho not too many, and they brought their kids too lol. So it's a family friendly spot if you want to see a band there in the future. They have some tables, old school Nintendo boxes, funny decor. It was low key for sure which I do like, but also kinda too loud to hear your friends and family once the band took over the small area. They don't serve food but there's a food truck outside which was operating. Three of us got the $10 Fancy Grilled Cheese which was pretty good and a lot of food. It came with plenty of fries that are sadly way too salty. I'd order it again but next time ask for less salt if possible. They were out of the veggie burger option which shows as Impossible online, bummer. Another friend tried their blackened mahi mahi with dirty rice and liked it but thought the portion was small for the $14 price. I wouldn't say it was a Mardi Gras party because they didn't offer us beads and the decor was minimal for the event but that's okay. The servers were nice and quick but seemed unexperienced but I can't put my finger on how or why. The sign outside said the band played from 8-11 so that was annoying because we would have arrived later. We stayed until about 9 and left for another bar. Another fun thing that is not their fault, we were outside about to go to the food truck when a man ran up and asked us for money and a smoke because he was just released from jail and needed bus fare. I guess the Greenfield police station is across the street and he was released without a way home. I'm sure they don't like that for business but my friend eventually gave a him a few bucks and he left. I'd try this place out again for some golfing and maybe if another band I liked played but it's not near my house so not a place I'd be often.

We also added some large games to our space as well. We then made it upstairs for our dinner program and the buffet was amazing! Delicious and tenor serving they have a very nice event space upstairs. The staff were very nice. Two notes would just be that they had our program run on a court back to back with another group so it was ackward since we needed all those large games set up, had preset beverages and appetizers. Plus a full check in table. The other court was empty so I'm not certain why we weren't just in the other space. Then they also only had the front bar open in the first hour versus the one right at the courts and bowling where we were and other guests enjoying their time. In the case of our group it also left us separated into two since as they waited for drinks then they just became comfortable in the front bar talking. They did open the upstairs bar once we moved up there. I would book an event here again I would just make sure to clearly note some of those details and/or even book the court an extra hour to ensure no crossover even though I was able to set up 15 minutes before our event start. Everyone had a really fun time and for many it was their first time experiencing it.

They have a nice little bar in the dark alley section that has a few taps so I ordered the angry orchard that was cold and refreshing on a summer day. I was going to get out of my comfort zone of buffalo wings and get a different flavor today so I ordered the garlic Parmesan for a change that was sauced and came with a blue cheese dipper and celery/carrots. I have to say that for a bowling alley the wings looked impressive and not the skimpy small ones with approximately 10 wings and they smelled amazing. My first thought after my first bite was that these wings are fuc#ing delicious with a nice crispy shell. The wings were meaty, moist, and cooked perfect with no rubbery/stringy meat like some places serve. The blue cheese sauce was a little different but still good. In all honesty I have to say that the wings that I had today was some of the better wings that I have had and better than some of the hyped places on the Milwaukee best wings list that disappointed me. That list still amazes me because Milwaukee has some hidden gems when it comes to wings that have no mention anywhere.
