Service was great. The sales associate was very familiar with the product that I was interested in and helped me make a very well informed desicion as to the flavor of the vape I was looking for. Her product knowledge was very appreciated. However, selection was less than great. They didn't have my favorite brand of disposable, which is Geekbar and that was disappointing. They also didn't have a very wide selection of any one brand of vape. Lost Mary is my second favorite and the shop didn't even offer any of the 3 of my favorite flavors. They are a little pricey. I did however walk away with 2 new Flonq vapes at a special price of $33 for both, which is pretty good, but one would have cost me around $20, Which is not so great. Overall, I think I'll go elsewhere. This shop is closest to me, but I felt like I had to settle, which was a little disappointing. read more

The selection is pretty big but some things are over priced. Some things weren't too bad and my wife actually ended up purchasing a rubber water bong from here half way through vacation because we broke ours. It was a bit expensive at 60$ but the little thing grew on me and hits great! It came with a glass slide and a glass bowl. Be careful ! While visiting myrtle beach on vacation, I came into the smoke shop requesting assistance for a hookah. The employee who helped me (don't remember his name) helped me pick out a black hookah and said he'd get it boxed up. Once I've gotten home I open the box to see a completely different hookah than what I requested. Not only that this hookah has a crack so the water leaks out everywhere. I contacted the store and explained to the manager what happened and he said there was nothing he could do and all sales were final. I then proceeded to explain how I didn't get the item I asked for and it was his employees error at which point he responds I don't know what else to tell you. I was treated as if my service didn't matter especially since I was hours away and couldn't come to the store to properly prove the disbelief that caused the manager to insinuate my accusations weren't truthful. read more

I do not recommend this smoke shop, there are plenty of good smoke shops in Myrtle Beach but the people running/ working in this establishment are not cool at all. I walked in and was carded immediately, I am 23 old years old, and apparently they did not believe I was even 18. So of course, as I look through my wallet, I find that I have misplaced my driver's license, leaving me with bigger worries of course, having to now retrace my steps the past few days. But still, walking out of there against my choice left a bad taste in my mouth about this place, and who wants to mess around with a smoke shop with non-chill people? Bottom line, I feel like places like this shouldn't have the sort of people working who immediately card 23 year olds, like hungry wolves. My family and I are visiting Myrtle Beach this weekend and we just visited this place probably about an hour ago and I must say I've never been more disrespected and degraded by a cashier in my life! It was a group of maybe 8 of us, coming in to shop, the female cashier never acknowledged us or even greeted us. A Caucasian woman walked in right after us and was serviced immediately while we were still at the counter waiting to be serviced. Then when I walked up to her greeting her and also to inquire she stared at me blankly, never replying and directing the woman to walk around us to be serviced. Upon receiving and noticing the treatment we were receiving, I told my family that we were leaving then I was called a BITCH on my way out right in front of the Caucasian customer who she was servicing and also apologized to for cursing in front of! I'm was NOTHING BUT NICE TO THIS WOMAN AND FOR HER TO DISRESPECT ME LIKE THAT! SHE BETTER BE LUCKY I WAS ON VACATION AND DIDN'T WANT TO GO TO JAIL FOR SMACKING HER IN HER FACE!! I visited the store on 12/16/2018 to purchase a vape. The gentleman that waited on me was very helpful as I am a fairly new vape user. The experience was very good until payment time. I handed him my visa credit card and he informed me that there was a surcharge for using a credit card. I informed him that it was against Visa's policy to implement a surcharge for credit card use, and if someone complained to Visa, it would affect their business.
