Have lived in kingman for many years. They have a great selection with very competitive prices. The staff is very kind and very helpful. I've been to every other smoke shop in town and have yet to find one that even compares. Bought a yo can e nail , expected the product too work but I received it with a faulty battery just the battery , I contacted up in smoke , to witch they replied the Arizona state law prevents me from taking back any products used for concentrates . Understandable but you can't simply replace a battery. Huh, apparently it's too much of an inconvenience too even consider a $24 battery so something I bought could work properly; in fear of what, inconveniencing their store profit . Customer care is clearly not the first thing in mind they would rather tell you "too contact the manufacturer." How about give me a working battery and you contact the manufacturer. Didn't even get too test the e nail out . Waisted $80 now I'm expected too pay an extra $24 for a proper battery . Buying vapes here sometimes is not worth it. 7/10 times you buy a vape here it will malfunction. the last 3 vapes i've bought from this location has malfunctioned. the first 2 that malfunctioned was a month and a half ago.. the last one that malfunctioned on me was last night. I bought a Berrypine flavored FoodGod vape and it barely had flavor when i hit it in the store. then 10-15 minutes later while i'm in my car driving, i hit the Berrypine flavored pen, it continues to hit while in my hand. I didn't think too much of it cause i thought it would stop doing it after a while. so after having it for only an hour and maybe 40 minutes, the vape is already burnt. i literally only hit the vape at least 13 times and it was already burnt read more

I bought a Bang nic stick and the lady didn't mention anything about having to try it before leaving. I literally walked right out in front of the shop and tried it and it didn't work. Went right back in to return it and she wouldn't swap it for one that worked because " I didn't try it in store". I clearly tried it right out front and she didn't care to be helpful in any way!! I love the atmosphere, great selections, that they let you try, good deals but I hate their reward system !! it takes for ever to get any points up maybe they should have a 2x points deal every once in awhile or on stock that doesn't sell very well, they are always every polite and helpful greeting us soon as we walk in :) read more

This is an awesome, locally operated business. Cheap cigarettes and pipes!!! They have an awesome candle called hippie love. Sooooooo yummy!!! They're open late and the staff is always smiling and willing to answer any questions. Wide variety of different things. Hide a cans, bongs, candles, fake urine, body jewelry and even crack pipes.
