You know how when you pass a pastry shop or bakery you can smell delicious baked goods wafting through the air? That's what you can smell as you approach this store. Good selection including some Canada regional editions and the latest extra-fancy offerings from Cohiba. Canada cigar taxes make it impossible to get out of here with a good smoke for less than $30, and it's easy to find 40, 50, 60 dollar cigars in the humidor. So let's knock the government rather than the shopkeep.

This complaint is in regards to the guy "Jim" who works there. Normally, I can handle his mostly…read moreobnoxious persona, (ie: mispronouncing my name on purpose to get a rise, tossing the debit machine at me etc) and still manage to chat with him here and there--as I am a long time customer. However, due to said persona, I sometimes avoid going for awhile. This last time, however, was unacceptable. I was perfectly polite (said please and thank you, even wished him a happy new year--to which he gave no response). As I was walking out he shouted aggressively at me "Hey! You didn't pay!" I was taken aback for a second and came back to the till. Seems like my payment didn't process because the card was taken out too fast. So I repaid. It was not necessary for him to shout aggressively in front of other customers, making it seem as though I was trying to leave without paying. And I suspect he did this purposefully. As I said, I am a long time customer. He knows my name. He could have said "Oh (name), you probably took your card too soon". Kindly retrain this individual in customer service and people relations. I am not willing, at this time, to patronize the business anymore, I'm afraid.

I can barely cover my trip to the store let alone support the 8 regular beggars you refuse to deal with. I've seen them following people to their cars and act threatening (250 pound man repeatedly and loudly asking for change) to your customers. No other Walmart has this issue! Why do you not want to deal with a potential safety issue for your customers? I rather drive to another location than shop here!

You have to cut through a couple of parking lots to get here, as the lot is bounded by a set of railroad tracks. Parking is plentiful out front, but try not to freeze to death when walking between the lot and store in the winters. Inventory and variety are both plentiful here. The stuff isn't particularly classy or high-end, but gets the job done if that's what you're looking for.

The store employee was patient with me and explained the mistake I'd made and how I could avoid this in the future. He could have easily sold me a new tank as it was my mistake; instead he fixed me up. Sent me away happy.

I received a reply in minutes with a promise that they would send it out early the following week (I messaged on a Friday July 15) and received it today :) They put in an extra bottle as a sorry for the delay - in my preferred flavour profile :) I'm definitely super pleased with them taking ownership and the extra bottle is greatly appreciated as it's not just a 30ml, but a 60ml.
