I found a designer dress in my size for only six dollars. I did try it on (they have a fitting room). Everyone working there was super nice and helpful. Next time I am back in town I will absolutely go again. It's a gem of a store.

Per the previous post, there are some unique and interesting items, which would warrant premium prices. But, there are also many common items that are priced higher. (I.e., minnow buckets. They have dozens-maybe hundreds of them, all $35 each. These are the same buckets I find in other areas for $12-$20. Same is true with enamelware, and most of their other items,). The areas/buildings are packed, and it is apparent by the dirt and condition of the price tags that a lot of items have been here for a long time. They might sell if the prices are more reasonable. That said, it is still a fun place to stop. We bought one unusual piece--but paid top dollar, and just a couple of small items.
