I had a cut scheduled for 18:30 last Thursday. Got there early, hoping to be on my way at 19:30. I…read morewait, and wait, and wait some more. Finally around 19:00 Moussa is done with his other client and is ready to see me, not bothering to apologize for the late start. I show him a picture of the cut I want, and we discuss the cut in detail. We agree to leave it 4 cms below the shoulders, exactly like the picture. He asks me to take my glasses off, so I do, figuring I have no reason to worry about not being able to see, since we discussed so thoroughly what I wanted. An hour later, he's done cutting and lets me put my glasses back on. He had cut off much, much more than what we agreed, leaving me with a BOB 2 cms ABOVE my shoulders instead of the mid-length wave 4 cms below the shoulders. He says all nonchalant, "oh, it would have been better a few centimeters longer". YA THINK? I came out of there 44 EUR poorer and looking like a stepford wife on acid. Goes without saying I will not be going back, ever. Avoid like the plague.
