My hair was a mess after the long flight from California and I needed a good stylist. I found this salon not too far from my hotel. The junior stylist who washed and blew dry my hair was so good that I didn't need to do anything for the first few days of my meeting. I came back the day before my departure to get color and cut. I was overwhelmed with the results by the senior stylist (there seemed to be only two women there). The price was very reasonable compared to what I pay in CA. I don't know if they speak English but I was able to communicate with them in my very limited French and hand gestures. I am definitely coming back during my next business trip here!

Made an appointment to remove my nail extensions and then have semi permanent put on. I arrived and…read morethey said they only had time to remove the extensions because she thought I wanted eyelash extensions removed. While standing there, another girl was getting her nails done and her technician told her she didn't have time to finish her appointment because the client reserved the wrong kind of appointment. Pretty interesting that this happened to me and another client within the span of 5 minutes.

We asked for a confirmation of our appointment and we received the confirmation the 21 February from the company gmail address. Today, March 12 we went to the salon and found out there was no reservation for us. I showed the girl the email of the confirmation we received and she said they were not able to honour the reservation because the girl who confirmed the appointment is not the same girl that is in charge of the schedules so she didn't know about our appointment despite this being from a generic company address. So we left. This is very unprofessional and I will not be recommending this place to my friends. I would give zero stars but the system won't allow it.
