While I've never had the opportunity to use Shana's (owner) service, I have had the opportunity to work with her at various charity auctions, and she's been nothing but professional and courteous. It's fairly safe to assume that if she's such a pleasure to work with when not being paid to do so, then she can only be better when there is money exchanging hands. I've worked with Shana for the last two years, and at each event that she was involved in, the participation was enthusiastic and the overall atmosphere was positive. By putting her in charge of my marketing plan, I allowed myself to watch and learn and grow as a company and an individual.
