UPFIT 906 has everything going for it! You won't find coaches better than Jen and Norman in the whole U.P. They are knowledgeable and genuinely care for your success. The workout was easy to follow, made sense as a progression, and had opportunities to back off or push harder built in for varying abilities. The coaches kept a sharp eye on form while providing insightful cues and engaging with motivational taglines. The clientele range from high school students to seniors. All the coaches ask is that you do your best every time and don't give up. The support before, during and after workouts is amazing from not only the coaches, but everyone working out in the class. This place creates a true sense of community and the price is right! There are many class time options and open 6 days a week. I would go as far as saying its impossible not to see near immediate results if you go at least 3 times a week. Sure it is tough, but I have never walked out regretting my decision to go to class.
