They are compassionate, respectful to parents, friendly, and very easy to approach. Every time I see them, it's obvious how hard they work and how much love they put into what they do. Working with children is not easy, it takes a special heart and special kind of person. They really are superheroes in this field, and they are a huge asset to this company. The staff there really care and put in effort to make each kid feel seen. I walked in at a random time the other day and they were all in a pile with the teacher yelling out shapes as she pulled them out together giggling. I frequently pick up at non normal hours and see the kids dancing, reading with the teachers, playing cars, etc in the afternoon. They listen and have great response time when I have questions. They work to get dance classes, taekwondo,etc enrichhment options for the kids. Anna is truly amazing. Sending my kids to real big kid school breaks our heart because we feel connected to these people that did such a wonderful job helping us raise our kids.
