Requested a quote for a small project on my house , they came couple days later, took measurements and told me that even though they had some personal commitments they would get us the quote in a couple of days as it was a small enough job, that was June 3rd, still have not heard anything, my wife called and left a message last Wednesday to call us back and let us know. So my point is, did they forget to quote it, was the job too small . A simple phone call would have been sufficient.... So if their quality of work reflects their customer service then I really don't want their service....

I called them since my gutter was wildly overflowing in one section…read more I actually called a few different places before calling WCC, but they were the only ones to actually answer the phone and offer to come out that week. The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. He called 2 days in advance and said that he might be able to come out even earlier than the appointment. Score! The day I was scheduled for was rainy. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s. And even though it was raining and he had other appointments to get to, he offered to give me an estimate on installing gutter guards. He measured every gutter around my house and garage and then got my email so he could send me the formal estimate. It came later that day. Such impressive service! I will definitely be using WCC for all my roofing and gutter needs. Fantastic company and employees!

I had old gutters removed and new ones installed. They were installed incorrectly and pitch heavily upward so that any spill over will leak directly into my home. I will now have to have gutters removed and issue corrected by another company for twice the original cost. I was advised that Scott-Lee Guttering Company does not do any carpentry work, which is in no way advertised on their website or communicated during the job. I recommend avoiding and finding a company that is upfront with their customers with what must be done to correctly perform their service instead of acting like there is no issue and doing a job incorrectly to simply get it done. I've learned the hard way, don't repeat my mistake.
