I said I don't want stay in er till tomorrow. Rude doctors comes in and says ill get your stuff if you don't want stay. Doc Comes back in throws my bag clothes on bed walks out. I got dressed and left. I have good insurance. I'm very depressed. Have a diagnosis and they watched me walk out. SHUT them done. I am a person. I have rights. They don't care. I don't play games at my age. Dont need attention. I just needed help..they never once tried to talk to me about leaving. Mental health again treated the diagnosis not the person who dealing with all the struggles. No wonder people won't admit there depressed what good does it do.

So I had to stay.I got a severe migraine shortly after I got into my room and told my nurse about it. After a hour of horrible pain I push the nurse button and ask about it. I left a message for your Dr!!! It was 2AM. She never answered and I suffered all night with it. The next day I got a mri and echo and talked to Neuro and he said he wants an eeg but can't do it today it's to late! It was 3 in the afternoon. So I'm still here waiting on the eeg with another migraine coming on. Told the nurse a hour ago. Got nothing. They have like 9 nurses for 12 patients. They sit at there desk doing paperwork. I know this place gets bad reviews and now I know why. They need nurses who want to do there jobs!! Be the voice of the patient when they are basically chained to a bed. Feeling helpless and helpless!!!!

Would not recommend ever. A few of my friends were out riding bmx trails, when suddenly one of them…read morewent off the trail and broke his shoulder right in front of me. We took him here, as it was the closest hospital. They said it was a slight dislocation. And gave him pain medication. He went to another hospital and they said it was a severe break. How as a hospital do you mistake a break for a "slight dislocation" is beyond be but whatever. So yeah wouldn't recommend this hospital. I Probably would rather bleed out. I'd have better chances of surviving.

Most of the staff is very friendly. We were fortunate enough to find a parking spot on the top floor of the garage, were it's mostly handicapped or reserved. There are no signs on the top floor instructing you to buy a $2 token in the elevator lobby (small grey building that houses the elevator). There are signs and a token machine INSIDE the building, which you do not have any business going into if you are parked at the top floor, unless you have been there before and know to get a token. There is a sign to remind you to get a token about 20 feet before the gate. There is even a parking spot reserved for the people who forgot or perhaps parked on the top floor and didn't see a sign prior to attempting to exit. Maybe it happens to other people, maybe not. At least there is a sign about it and a reserved parking space. If you don't see that ONE sign and call for assistance, you will get attitude - not assistance. Don't tell her that there should be a sign, because she thinks they are everywhere. You will have to make all the cars behind you back up and let you park in the reserved area. You will look like an ass. Plus, paying a flat rate of $2 to park for in Natrona Heights is ludicrous! The 15 minute parking lot had the same cars in it the whole 25 minutes I was there. If you see a sign on the top floor in these pictures of the parking lot, please point it out. The first two pictures are of the same sign, and it's near the exit.
