They are really easy to work with and super nice. We switched out sewer usage from fixed fix to metered, it was a really easy process.

The most terrible organization I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I made a call today to ask how much I spent on sewer bills for FY 2013, and the operator "Ruth" told me that they will start charging me if I make subsequent phone calls asking for my usage, because they have a lot of customers and it takes time to look it up the information in the computer. Sounds like someone doesn't like doing their job! All I was doing was reconciling my records with theirs.... worthless read more
